Very disappointing

While I like the product, you take too long to ship .You couldn't give me an arrival date ,so I had to cancel the order .

I placed an order with SNS Health on January 3rd, and they did absolutely nothing until January 9th, when I had to follow up myself. Due to their delay, I requested to cancel my order, but instead of processing the cancellation, they ignored my request and insisted they would ship it.

On January 17th, they finally claimed to have shipped the package, but after weeks of waiting and multiple follow-ups, UPS confirmed that SNS Health never actually handed over the package—meaning they lied the entire time.

To make things worse, their support blamed me, saying I should have selected express shipping since I ordered from Sweden. The truth? They don’t even offer express shipping for international customers!

This company delayed, lied, and wasted my time for weeks. I do not recommend SNS Health to anyone. Their lack of honesty and accountability is beyond frustrating. Stay away!

Great prices very quick delivery of product

Shipping from Brampton to Mimico takes way too long. I can’t get out there because of young child, would love it if it came quicker. Love that you stock this product though!

Customer Service was helpful, checkout was easy and product was shipped quickly.

System offered me a discount if I bought another so I did. But it was later cancelled because they did not have another one in stock. Glad I got the one though, and the price was good. Item took a while to get packed up and shipped. Once it was shipped, it arrived very fast though.

For the first time I visited the 2280 Bovaird Dr E. location. I was advised by gentlemen named Rohit he was quite knowledgeable was able to provide me with the supplements that I was looking for. Great customer service and good pricing compared to Amazon and other online stores.

I've placed a couple of orders online and even visited their store a few times. Service there is really great, the staff is very helpful, they were able to recommend supplements based on my needs. My orders were delivered within a couple of days. They have a great selection, and each order included a gift. Overall, amazing customer service!
