I just bought two pairs of sneakers recently, and they are absolutely amazing. It was a pair of Adidas Samba (leopard print :)) and a pair of New Balance 530. I saw a lot of comments recently insinuating that Sneaxlab was selling counterfeit products, but by having different pairs of the same models at home, I can assure the ones I bought were true ones.

Proof of that, I used my New Balance for an entire week at Disneyland, walking about 8km a day, and they were super comfortable as all the other NB I have acquired, and still look as new as the first day.

The delivery took about 2 weeks, but the delay was initially mentioned when I validated my purchase, and I always had immediate responses from the after-sales service all the way through the delivery.

Can only recommend and will probably soon make a new purchase for summer sneakers :)

Good service, support and quality of products.

I bought a pair of Adidas Samba Jane trainers in April and I was extremely satisfied. The delivery went smoothly, without any issues.

By mistake, I entered the wrong address when placing the order, so I contacted them by email to request an address change. They replied very quickly and were very helpful.

The trainers are, of course, authentic. They were sent in the original box, with an additional outer box protecting the order, which I really appreciated.

I bought a pair sneakers and overall the experience was very good. The product has excellent quality it's authentic. The customer support is very good; I was in contact with them because the waiting time was a little longer than expected, and they were always very attentive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this store and will definitely make new purchases.

Do not buy from this website! This has been a horrible experience.

I purchased a pair of sneakers without researching the store first. I assumed it was a local business, so I thought it would be fine. After placing the order, I read the reviews and found that many customers were complaining about receiving fake products. At that point, I decided to cancel my order.

Long story short, I am now on day two of trying to cancel it, and they simply do not respond. They replied to one of my emails when I requested a postal code update, but they have ignored every email regarding the cancellation. This lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing.

Items are 100% FAKE. Shipping takes ages because it comes from China, via Germany. I bought Birkenstock but it's absolutely laughable how fake they are. Please don't waste your time or money

I ordered a pair of New Balance 530 in 37.5 on June 5, they claimed them as authentic.
I received a counterfeit on June 26.

1. the label is misprinted — it mistakenly says 'Fabriqué an Vletnam' instead of 'Fabriqué au Vietnam'.
2. Sneakers have a strong chemical smell
3. Shoes' sole is poorly cast with molding defects
4. Materials feel wrong
It just overall looks like not a genuine model.

Also, delivery took 21 days (they claim 6-13 business days). When I asked about the delay, support told me the parcel was in transit from Germany and arriving in a few days. But the CTT tracking showed only a pre-registered label with no movement for 13 days. The parcel was physically accepted only 6 days after that reply. The route also went through a customs treatment center, which does not happen for an intra-EU shipment from Germany.

I have requested a full refund including return shipping cost. Will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Scam shop. Terrible experience. Ordered shoes online; took them a while to ship it, when it was shipped, i regularly tracked it, and the entire time, the order showed that it was in Madrid; I tried alerting them many times that it can't still be stuck there with the same response of "it is delayed in transit." After 20 days business days of the item having shipped, I sent again an email, to which they responded that it is stuck in transit and that they will update me. of course, they didnt do anything. I had to send another email asking for updates, to which they responded, that the item was lost (surprise surprise) and they have sent me a new one. Throughout this time, i mentioned several times, i dont want to the stupid shoes anymore and want a refund, but they are refusing. How come they are sending me a replacement of this shoes when this shoes is sold out online everywhere? is it counterfeit product? how come they had another pair of my size when i couldnt find it anywhere else online.
The fact that this has been going on for more than a month, and all ive received is automatically generated emails, not one phone call, not one real interaction.... disaster. I am very sad. and now I'm publicly requesting a refund, i will no longer accept items from this shop because I dont trust that they will send real ones.

It was a little delay with the shipping but their team contacted me to explain and let me know. So, everything was good to me

They sold me fake NMDs and have been a nightmare to deal with. I own 4 pairs of these shoes that are now not manufactured They offer on their website every size, which is the first red flag I should have realised. They then take 3 weeks to mail them to Portugal, where they are based. Both shoes have the same serial number (classic fake), the material is terrible, the stitching bad, the soles not straight, the insoles not right. They are so obviously fake. Talking to their customer services they are rude It’s my problem to send them back for a refund. No label is sent. Then after I send them they still complain about the postage cost for returning fake shoes that worth nothing A hideous company in every way DO NOT BUY FROMN THEM
