Easy purchasing
It was easy to purchase my new hoover on Snapbuy and it came highly recommended. I am looking forward to it arriving. Shipping was free and they gave me a good discount on a spare battery too! I am very excited to start using my new hoover soon. I ordered the P20 cordless vacuum.

disgusting service!
I purchased a hoover 30th June, the funds debited my account that day. It has yet to even be delivered and just says awaiting details. I have contacted the customer services on may occasions asking for a refund as I have no hoover. Despite my requests they have not returned my funds and just say they will pdate me when the order is ready. I am disgusted that they did not inform me at the time of purchase it would be over a month on delivery. The service is dreadful. I feel they have stolen my money and \I wi definitely never use their service again. Apalling!

If there was a lower star I would give that
If there was a lower star, I would have opted for it. This organization is awful. I ordered a tablet to replace an old Ipad. What I got was smaller with a substandard screen with blurry fonts. I informed them and was offered a 30 percent cash back. I have a teenager at home I thought could use it so I agreed to that offer. They did not respond when I followed up, they came back, with a 20 percent cash back offer. I refused and asked to return the tablet and they agreed, and sent me details to send it back.They have received the tablet, but have not acknowledged receipt or credited me. Instead they sent another email with the 30 percent offer. I had to call the bank to contest the charge and got a temp credit pending investigation. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

It's easy to buy the product. I haven't tried it yet, but if it's not the best I haven't spent a lot of money. The only thing I find a bit irritating are the pop-ups. If there are extra options available, just list them in the product description. Otherwise, I'm happy so far.
