I had to leave the Netherlands in February ( hoping temporarily ) and I’ve had to continue my treatment here in South Africa. We’ve had to wait for the aligners to come from the Netherlands via a friend of mine and the support and assistance I’ve gotten from you guys and Savio have been amazing. I am still on treatment and I still feel extremely supported in spite of me being in South Africa. So thank you for that.

Really positive experience with my aligner journey and impress and the app was easy to use and the customer service was always fantastic.

Im on my last set of pairs and so far experience is really good. One thing i really like about impress is that if at the end or your treatment you aren't happy with your results, you can tell the doctor and they can make another treatment plan and order more retainers within the price.
Also many more, professional doctors, will go into details with you.
Also issam helped me alot in rescheduling appointments on last min.

Pre to during the treatment, Impress has been incredible and helpful. The staff have always been so kind at Liverpool Street. The app makes it easier to also get some virtual help also. The treatment plans they have are also cost effective as this can be paid on a monthly basis. Only downside is that appointments can sometimes be tricky to obtain especially if you generally have a compact schedule/lifestyle.

I do not recommend Impress at all.
If you care about your teeth, please choose another clinic.

From the beginning, there were problems with communication and with what was actually included in my treatment.

During my first visit, I was promised a cleaning and treatment of a cavity. This never happened, and when I later asked about it, I was told it was not included in my plan.

During treatment, getting an appointment when I had a problem was surprisingly difficult.

I repeatedly explained that my bite had changed and that I could no longer close my mouth normally, but my concerns were dismissed and I was repeatedly told that everything was fine.

Another thing I found very strange is that during my visits, the doctors generally did not introduce themselves or tell me their names.
I was seen by 8 people throughout the treatment without always knowing who was treating me or who was actually responsible for my case.

When my treatment was considered finished, my lower front teeth were still visibly rotated/misaligned and, more importantly, I could no longer close my bite normally. At the clinic I was told that my teeth were perfectly aligned and that correcting my bite was not included in my plan, meaning I would have to pay extra.

When I explained that my bite was fine before the treatment, I never received a clear explanation of how I had ended up with this problem.

I then consulted three independent orthodontic clinics, which confirmed my concerns about the result and the need for further treatment.

I contacted atencionalpaciente@ and formally explained the situation, after which they scheduled another appointment with “my doctor”.

When I visited the clinic, I met another person I did not know. That appointment completely destroyed the little confidence I had left in Impress. The doctor raised her voice at me, told me that I should not be complaining and insisted that my teeth were perfectly aligned.
For the bite problem, I was told that one option was to polish/remove part of my tooth structure so that my teeth could close.

I trusted them and allowed the adjustment..
I still cannot close my bite normally, and one of the teeth involved in the contact has since become mobile.

I subsequently requested my clinical records and a written assessment from the responsible orthodontist. Impress told me that paying for an upgrade was their “definitive” decision and I never received written doctor assessment.

Problems can happen during treatment, but what I find unacceptable is how my concerns were handled afterwards.
I had to repeatedly push for appointments, explanations, documentation and a proper clinical assessment.

After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Impress and would not allow them to continue treating my teeth.
I am now moving to another orthodontic clinic to correct the alignment, mobile tooth & newly achieved bite problems.

I do not recommend Impress.
Please check reviews outside of Google & you will see a lot of people suffered from the service of this company.

Relatively effortless experience. After the slight discomfort of the first aligners it’s quite simple. Just be disciplined and take the photos as soon as requested at home.

When needed, very infrequently, customer service requests are dealt with quickly through the app or on the phone. Issam very helpful too, many thanks!
