Love Smiirl - we started using an instagram counter a couple years ago and love tracking our numbers in real-time! Went viral this last week and added a TikTok counter and are excited to get it setup in the shop. Solid product!!

Received my counter in perfect condition with the custom logo. The counter needed recalibration but it was quick and easy.

Fedoua helped me for weeks with a problem i was having with the internet connection of the instagram counter. She guided me through all steps and tried everything to assist me the best she could. just amazing support there!

Our store proudly displays two Smiirls on a countertop and we love them! The customer interaction is so much fun! When one Smiirl was accidentally knocked off the counter and damaged I thought I would have to replace it. As it turns out, the damage was internal and very minimal, but the repair would require a specific part. I contacted customer support at Smiirl and was connected with Fedoua. The replacement part I needed was quickly shipped to me free of charge! A couple of extra parts were also included, just in case. Our staff is VERY pleased with the level of care and support provided by Smiirl. We are now anxiously awaiting the new TAG!

Fedoua was very quick to respond to my request about changing the email on file. She got me all set up extremely quickly. We are enjoying our Smiirls at our beach resorts in Gulf Shores, AL!

I could never get the device to connect. Instructions (videos) sent by support were not helpful. If you're thinking this is going to be plug-and-play you're going to be disappointed.

Counter works great, if you buy in uk ; Import duty is levied in as it ships from eu ( around £67) but customer service can refund you.
