Expensive shipping
outrageous shipping, 20 euro to Ireland for a small envelope. Even though it was tracked there was notracking number available. Took quite a while to come having paid 20 euro. Did get what I wanted but the shipping made it a hefty price tag.

Shipping costs have risen drastically again, especially in recent years (and weeks). Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to change this.

i orderd prisma glasses because you promissed they would be delivered within hours. I could get them from my orthoptist, but it was only after 3 days.
i have got my glasses after more than a week.

Aflevering binnen 24 uur vanuit Nederland naar België is onmogelijk. Nergens hebben wij aangegeven dat wij binnen 24 uur de goederen bij u kunnen afleveren. Leveringen vanuit Nederland naar België duren normaliter 1-3 werkdagen. In de periode dat u heeft besteld rond de feestdagen is dit waarschijnlijk langer geweest vanwege de enorme drukte bij de bezorgdiensten. Helaas hebben wij hier geen invloed op. Wij doen altijd ons best om de artikelen op werkdagen direct te versturen en dat zijn wij nagekomen. Het spijt ons dat u dit als slechte service heeft ervaren.
