Easy to find a gift and order it. What was not appreciated was an invoice which looked like it needed to be paid even though the gift was already fully paid. The invoice should have said paid in full or instead a receipt for full payment.

Handful of hotels in whole of Europe!
Of course, never look a given horse in the mouth, but I received a "Härliga Hotell" card. And no matter what day I want to book a hotel, their might be only a handful of hotels available. In the whole of Europe! And most of them not even in the city center. And for half of the hotels available you need to pay extra.

Never purchase again .
It never arrived. After a lot of hard work I managed to find a Tel no to someone at the company instead of the box to give as a present I got a code.
For 1 night Kust Hotel.
Now when we are trying to use it . It states at our partner as no room .. thats without even selecting a date. Never again just book an hotel on line and forget all the hassle!

Would not recommend.
Smartbox takes extra money for "delivery method/leveransmetod", even for totally electronic transaction, that you cannot pay with your present card. It is very difficult to search for what you want, you cannot sort the result of the filtering, there is no filtering on geographic area, you cannot prolong your present card. Would not recommend.

You offer discounts which you then don't allow to be paid for with a present card. I'm only on your website because I've got a present card. I wanted to change my mind about receiving the newsletter and offers and I can't go back to amend my choice. You're a gaslighting scam for stealing money.
