I was sent the wrong cut Timothy Hay…
I was sent the wrong cut Timothy Hay and I emailed them and took a picture. I was immediately returned an email by pet select wanting to make it right. They placed a new order within 10 minutes and my rabbit is now enjoying her new 3rd cut Timothy hay. They were fantastic and very prompt.

Best Bunny Hay Around!
I have gotten hay for my rabbits from Small Pet Select for nearly 5 years now. I have almost never had an issue with the quality of the hay, but the few times there has been one, they addressed it quickly, politely, and effectively.

Consistently high quality products
Great quality products and amazing service! For years, I've been ordering Timothy hay for our guinea pigs from Small Pet Select, and more recently I've started getting their monthly "piggie box" which contains toys and forage and treats for guinea pigs. I've come to rely on it for getting the pigs the novelty, play, and stimulation the need. The toys are high quality and well designed. Truly made by people who love the little critters.
