bad experience with the e-sim I decided to get, I was charged multiple times even for what I didn't use at all, I have requested the support to provide more information which hasn't been resolved till now

Absolutely terrible e-sim experience. I have been on calls with them for 2 weeks now to try and get the e-sim on my phone to work.
They keep redirecting me in endless loops of reactivating new e-sims, but never seem to actually find a solution.

The only good thing that can be said is that their customer support is very friendly and quick to reach. But for the little savings I made switching to them, it's honestly not worth the hassle.

They do not deliver what they promise. And have the rudest customer service I ever encountered. Charge you to the gates of hell for a sim card that never arrived. Stay away from these people.

By far the worst mobile operator I have ever used. They consistently overcharge me for supposed calls I’ve made, but cannot provide any details or information on these calls when I ask. Their customer service is a joke. It’s worse than speaking to an AI. More like interacting with a tree. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. You’ll regret it. I have just cancelled

My experience with SIMon mobile (Vodafone) has been a total nightmare. The issues started because their online verification system doesn't even have "Brazil" listed as a country of origin. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop of poor customer service.

They told me to call support, but they don't offer assistance in English. When I reached out via email, they simply told me to call. They are passing the buck from one department to another without providing any actual solution. On top of that, their app is useless—I can't log in because the confirmation emails are never sent.

I am currently without internet and completely ignored by the company. Their verification processes are broken, and their customer support is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I had ordered the sim from Simon before 1 month before the starting date, but still they failed to deliver the sim before the starting date. I had emailed them in meanwhile, but they answered that we will deliver it don't worry about it and in last week said sorry we can't.

Fair price. Review as 2 years experienced user. Unfortunately the internet connection is not well most of the time. The internet could be completed cut off when I am using google map due to bad connection in Berlin mitte area. Not counting bad connection indoor / in the park/ U bahn Sbahn (I know it is not SIMon mobile's issue)
But the Simon mobile definitely has a lot of room to inprove it's bad and unstable connection.

Great mobile network! I am truely happy with their offer, and the value/cost ratio. I didn't have any negative experience so far.

Potential area for improvement: Mobile data packages for travels outside of EU area.

Never used their product/service and all of a sudden they requested a 3rd-party company to collect 41.94 EUR for the past 5 months. WTF?

Simonmobile is a leading and innovative Germany subsidiary to Vodafone. It has options and data traffic volumes which most German provider can’t offer for the same price ..

I'm very happy with the service, the offers, and the constant upgrades. Works as a charm, and you get gifts out of nowhere.

Great value for money! And every now and then I get additional data with no additional cost.

Even in cities worst signal, can't understand this fake ratings, better invest a few euro more and get something good

Not very customer oriented. They advertise the most expensive service option and do not show the rest to you. The customer support is extremely rude.

I could not think of anything bad about this company. They have the best offers out there and they value their customer base a lot. New beneficial plans like increased GB for internet allowance are constantly pushed through to old customers like me even without doing anything, unlike some network providers that you literally have to apply for a change of plan. They also constantly shower you with free GB for internet.

I highly recommend this network provider.

Super toll !

Cell service without the bloat. I've used them for several years now and have been perfectly pleased at the price, value, service, and ability to manage my account on my own. I see no reason to ever switch!
