Our shop has been working with Shopvidi for over a year now and they have always gone above and beyond for us. Our rep, Sarah, is very good at keeping in contact with us and helping us manage any order questions. They have been able to supply us with a wide variety of high quality blind boxes and have never let us down. I highly recommend working with them if you are wanting these kinds of products!

Items have always been delivered in a timely manner, often 2-3 weeks, and are in high quality boxes that keep the products safe very consistently. Product boxes are often sealed with a plastic wrap to prevent water damage and are labelled so you can check that each item has arrived. Occasionally the shipments will arrive on different days from the same overall order, but we have never had a time where we did not receive what we purchased. They also often run promotions for shops that place larger orders with them.

Leilani is great at keeping us up to date with new stock items and offers. Shopvidi is always getting new merchandise which helps us to keep our products fresh for our customers.

This company has been one of the easiest and most professional wholesale suppliers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. From ordering and billing to receiving products, the entire process has been smooth and efficient. Lei has been outstanding as my sales representative, always providing excellent service and support.

Shopvidi has been a great source for getting trending products from multiple companies. They are also very quick to respond to any help you might need. The ordering process is clear and simple, and it's easy to see which company's orders have shipped. They also have great ordering incentives like free displays which help sell product even faster.

I'm not sure what is going on with ShopVidi, but they call me frequently. Each time I tell them I'm not interested and to please take me off their call list.

They also send a lot of unsolicited emails. They do not come from shopvidi.com, just a random gmail account each time. The email text is always AI-generated.

Their emails do not contain an unsubscribe link, and violate Canada's CASL laws. Even if you tell them you're not interested, they keep emailing you.

Who is the owner/parent company? Don't know, website doesn't say. Where are they located? Website says Atlanta, GA. But, the phone number is a Chicago area code, and most of their employees on LinkedIn are in the Philippines.

Their "Our Story" page is a sketchy, AI-generated backstory that tells you nothing at all. Even the photo they use beside, "Our Vision", is an unrelated artisan and craft shop in Portland, Oregon.

At this point, I don't care what they're selling or how good their prices are, I have no interest in doing business with a company that operates this unprofessionally.

We are working with Nina on a new product that they are offering which is the Vakiav Model: VK-G2 Smart Bird Feeder. Nina has given us excellent customer service throughout the years, and she is always reaching out to see about our needs.

The new product was very easy to setup. I like the hardwiring of the signal transmitter to the home router as a cleaner way to boost the wi-fi signal. Once the smart camera was turned on and the signal transmitter was plugged in, the setup was as simple as pointing the Vakaiv app at the QR code on the top of the unit.

The smart bird camera takes excellent pictures and videos. It also automatically IDs the bird for you without a subscription service. One of the few "smart cameras" that we sell where the AI is included.

We will be carrying this unit.

I don't often respond to cold approaches from distributors, but I'm very glad I did in this case. Nina at shopvidi was highly knowledgeable and helpful getting us set up, and I was very excited to see that current, relevant pop culture blind boxes and collectibles were listed, available, and shipped quickly. 10/10 Will definitely be ordering again.

I really like using shopvidi, they have access to inventory I didn't know existed an my customer base has grown supstanically since I took on shopvidi as a vendor, my rep, LEI, is amazing! She is patience, walks me through updates in the website, she is quick to respond and she is really the only reason I tried Shopvidi, I thought it was a scam, but she convinced me to give it a try and it has worked out so well for my business. I spend a few thousand a month with them and I am looking to expanded my footprint with more of the products they have to offer.

Dealing with oversees companies at times may feel a bit overwhelming, not knowing what or how the transaction will turn out. But I have to tell you, Michelle at Shopvidi is AWESOME and has great communication skills! We are so happy with her attention to detail and service, we are now just ecstatic to have them as one of our Anime Vendors!
