Quick response and helpful.

I had a crisis with a vendor I had scheduled to shoot my event where I had to find someone quickly; with the event happening the next day. I scheduled with Shootday and their contact met with me on a call the following morning and was able to lock someone in for that evening. The videographer got there early to get settled and the footage was delivered to me within 48 hours. They even made a few quick reels from the footage for posting to my website. I'll definitely consider using them again, hopefully with more notice.

Shootday was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everyone on their team was professional, responsive, and captured our event beautifully, creating high-quality photos and video content to help us share our story and engage our community.

TL;DR - used Shootday for a day long corporate event and was more than pleased with results.
Working with Shootday, from quote request through downloading my final files, was nothing short of easy. I had a great photographer and a last minute addition of a videographer. Both folks were professional, ready, and helped ease my mind on the day of our event. Shootday handled my late addition of a videographer without panic and made it very simple. Along with the quick turnaround of final files, their pricing, service, communication, and ease of use was just what was needed when my mind was focused on a number of other vendors; I didn't have to worry about them. Overall, I'd highly recommend their service to pair you with someone to cover your media needs.

The organisation of the shoot, transparency about pricing and flexibility with changes was absolutely amazing. We couldn't have wished for an easier approach. The staff is super friendly, open and communications across time zones are easy and fast. The quality of the photos is what we expected and strictly to brief. Delivery times even exceeded our expectations with less than 24 hours. The choice of the finals and the postproduction of those are the only thing that could be improved a little bit but we understand that come down to taste as well. Thanks so much to the whole team, we are really happy with the corporate photography!
