As part of a wedding party, we asked for a group order of slippers within the twelve week window. S&H could not have been more obliging, answering all our queries and ensuring an incredible end product. Customer service from Alasdair was second to none - couldn't recommend them more.
Really excellent shoes from a really excellent company. The only issue I have ever had was a bit of a delay in getting an order a few years back. S & H kept me informed of the delay (and offered the opportunity to cancel), and, when the shoes did arrive there was a gift in the shape of three pairs of socks by way of an apology.
I purchased a pair of velvet tassled loafers in 2009 still have them today. Fantastic company

Bought these three months ago but waited to wear in before reviewing. Ordering was a breeze and they arrived swiftly.
They’re comfortable, well made and have decent, bona fide crepe soles. Am extremely pleased with them. Would highly recommend.

I can only caution anyone who deals with this company to think hard before doing so. They are all nice and helpful when taking your order but not so when after 9 weeks waiting and six answerphone calls to customer services where you never receive a return call you are forced to cancel your order.
There is more but just be careful.
