There was a slight delay with my order due to processing but one quick helpful call sorted things out for me straight away, products are always worth the money and support my autistic child's development! I will be ordering again and again :)

Items came on time and delivered in good order.Can't ast for more

Easy to order arrived ontime for my Granddaughters Birthday some of the items were smaller than expected so my Granddaughter would put them in her mouth I was worried she might choke on them The baton is made of foam so that would also be easy to chew so I was disappointed with some of the sensory toys

Item is great but the box was in terrible shape, shame as it was a birthday gift.

Well worth every penny, I purchased light changing carpet/rug, the colours are beautiful and soft to the touch, rechargeable battery definitely lasts. Also a quick delivery and regular updates about your order. They also provide great and quick customer service, our carpet came faulty and they sent out replacement promptly. Happy customer, definitely recommend.

Communication is key. Did not advise me that they would not deliver in school holidays, even though I gave them dates we were open. Items were needed urgently so, after chasing up delivery and being told this I asked if could be delivered Mon/Tues. Nothing heard back so rang 3 times on Weds and sent 2 emails but no reply. Colleague rang and they did answer to be told he was then trying to sort the order. All he needed to do was reply to my email to let me know this.
In the end he did process the order on Weds and it was delivered next day 4th June.
I doubt I will use this Compnay again as I really do not need the stress of having to chase orders, which does not happen with other Companies.

So so so disappointed AND ANGRY!!
Waited ages, communication awful and non existent..
Huge order eventually delivered, one chair doesnt work and 2 completely wrong colour ( blue for girls lol)
So frustrating I could cry as this should have been a heartwarming, ground breaking experience for my SEN kids.

Communication since to rectify is even worse, very little.. had to nag for more information and then longer delays.

Despite their mistake, they have mentioned a ‘partial refund’ - still no idea what that even is??

Another 48 hours go by on top of the 3 weeks since delivery after order placed MONTHS ago. Still 2 large sensory eggs just stuck in my house. A danger to my kids safety, taking up huge space and no rush from sensory toy warehouse. They just don’t care
‘Already out of box so difficult for us to collect’ - still don’t even acknowledge the chair which electrics don’t work after assembling.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, they don’t deserve your business.

Currently seeking information from Trading Standards to take matters further. Company don’t pick up voicemails and decide at their leisure to answer emails.

Good product, good delivery, good price.

I ordered and have not received 5 shatterproof mirrors for my autistic grandsons birthday. The order invoice stated 5-7 day delivery. I have tried calling, however the phone line is not answered, calls are not returned. I do not recommend this company.

I will not recommend Sensory toy warehouse . They have poor communication as a company.
I purchased a couple of items and paid for next day delivery since 21/03/2026. Till date (05/04/2026) I haven't received my order or a refund and all attempts to get to Sensory toy warehouse via phone call, email and website has proved abortive as they have literally ignored me and I have asked for them to refund me now since I can't get my order nor speak with a representative, still no words from them.

I was sceptical at first as lots of sensory companies charge the earth and fail to deliver. Having used Sensory Toy Warehouse on more than one occasion I can say they charge a fair price for good quality items which arrive in good time as promises.

I order items on a very regular basis, they are great quality for both children and adults. I run a sensory room and work with children and adults with additional needs and disabilities, the resources I have brought have been engaging for many, I would highly recommend buying from STW, many of my customers have. I can also say if on the odd occasion I have had an issue, I have emailed them and either they have given me instructions or replaced the item immediately, many companies fail but they don't. I only have positive comments and experiences.

Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with a B stock infinity mirror and it unfortunately being broken cosmetically but also functionally. This was a big disappointment as it was a Christmas present and we didn't realise until Christmas Eve that it did not work. However, the level of service dealing with our situation was fantastic. They did an investigation and after looking at the photos we sent they were extremely apologetic and rectified the situation by sending out a replacement mirror, no questions asked. The mirror they sent has been fantastic and our daughter loves it. This mirror is a fraction of the price of others we have seen, great value!

We had an issue with the item we ordered and they sorted it out with no fuss. Fantastic customer service and thrilled with the product for my son's new sensory room! Cheapest price too! 5 stars!

I ordered on 20th December and paid extra for next day delivery. It is now 3rd January and I have still not received it.
Edit: 5th of January I received a full refund and a voucher to spend on their site. Product has still not arrived though. Increase of stars from 1 to 3 to reflect customer service trying to make things right. If product arrives soon I will increase to 4 stars.

The toy I bought for my grandson was very well made and he really enjoys playing with. Thank you for such a great product

I was nervous to place an order after seeing the reviews but honestly this was such a positive experience. Everything arrived and was great quality. Customer support were responsive on the phone and over email when I needed to make a change to my order. I also sent one item back as it wasnt quite right and was refunded. Will definitley shop again!

Not even worth 1 star. Shocking customer service and poor communication.

I made a purchase of an expensive item on the 1st December and I was concerned with some of the negative comments on here. I was on the chat before ordering as this was a xmas present I was worried it wouldn't get here on time. I was assured it would be and it was delivered within 7 days so I had no reason to worry. I have nothing negative to say about Sensorywarehouse and it went smoothly. Not been able to see the product as its a Xmas present and wont be opened until Xmas day, but a very good experience for me.
