my situation was that I went to live in another country and I no longer had the opportunity to use the gift card in Denmark . after contacting them, they listened to my situation and changed my gift card to a global gift card that I can use in my country . The support team was very nice and friendly. Thanks to them, and I recommend them to others ☺️

I have a gift card worth 500 DKK and not be able to redeem it due to the bankruptcy of the payment platform Menupay. I am extremely disappointed with sendentanke.dk handling of my 500 DKK gift card, which can only be redeemed via Menupay. sendentanke.dk failed to inform me that Menupay had gone bankrupt, and now I am unable to use my gift card. As a customer, it is unacceptable to be left in the dark about such important information.
I urge sendentanke.dk to take responsibility for this and offer a suitable solution, such as providing an alternative payment platform or a refund for the gift card. It is essential that businesses prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction in such situations.
I need to warn other customers about this issue and ensure that they are not left in a similar situation. I hope sendentanke.dk takes this matter seriously and takes appropriate action to address it

Asking how can one redeem a Gift Card of 150 dkk.
Too bad that some of the competitors, offer any value of Gift Cards (50-100-150-200 dkk., etc.) so customers can easily choose what is best for them.
