I bought a knife a chefs knife, loved it, I didn't mind the price because I thought it was quality! I have contacted their customer services four times and been ignored four times, I needed guidance on sharpening and advice for buying another knife, they clearly don't want my money. How rude and unprofessional! Terrible customer service! Don't buy from these people😥.

Doesn’t fit and seller not willing to help
I bought both the knife and this cover at the same time. But only to find out it doesn’t fit when it arrives. Worse is the seller is not willing to help or exchange or refund. This is my first time buying from this seller, but will be my last time. Very sad that seller is not willing to help.

The blade was like china chip easily on the first use. Emailed them but they said the warranty for unused item only. They asked me to send them a picture of the newly broken knife on the first time use but never responded. Stay away from this company, Seisuke!
