I usually deal with the website myself, however I thought I’d let SES do it for me and it’s the first time I’ve had a pleasant and easy experience having a 3rd party design and put on a website for me, so far I can’t fault how quick and easy it has been

Amazing service
From the very beginning, the team have been fantastic to work with. Mike did an excellent job designing our new website, Anna has been brilliant looking after our social media, and Ben has been on hand throughout to make sure everything has run smoothly.
Nothing has been too much trouble, communication has been excellent, and they've always been happy to answer questions and offer advice. We're really pleased with the finished website and the ongoing support we're receiving.

REWRITTEN REVIEW:
Had a cold sales call from this company offering SEO services. I asked one simple question: if your SEO works, why aren't you ranked number one on Google yourselves? Rather than answer, the caller told me I was wasting his time and hung up.
That was disappointing. If a company sells the promise of getting other businesses to the top of Google, it's a fair question to ask where they rank themselves — and it's a question their sales team should be able to answer calmly.
I'd also encourage anyone reading their reviews to look closely at the reviewer profiles and judge for themselves.
What prompted this review was the follow-up: I later received a call asking me to remove it, during which it was mentioned how I'd feel if they left a review for my business. My view is straightforward — if my own sales team treated a prospect rudely, my business would deserve honest feedback too. It works both ways.
My honest suggestion to their management: focus on training the sales team to handle direct questions politely, rather than asking customers to take down reviews that were left in response to how a call was handled.

Brilliant service! Dave came to see us to discuss setting up a website. He was really friendly & so patient with us. He was really helpful & explained everything thoroughly. He wasn’t pushy at all.
Ben built our website for us & it’s amazing! We had a couple of changes to make on the first draft, which Ben listened to & implemented for us the same day. Like Dave, Ben was helpful, patient & friendly.
