Hi, I ordered a book from schoolbooksdirect on 19 th December 2023, received email saying order received but nothing has been dispatched and no answer to any of my emails.

I'd prefer to give 3 and a half stars—but it won't let me—because I got everything I ordered and in time. Once I had ordered, it was processed and dispatched perfectly. But I would dock half a star because the website is actually quite difficult to order from. I had to search through to look for exam papers, click into description instead of just adding to basket, and then once added, it would take me back to the start of search instead of going back to the exam papers I was looking at. It took me 3 attempts over a couple of days. Very time consuming. I imagine most people would just give up and order elsewhere. So it might be worth them looking into changing that.

I would dock another star because I was not impressed with the courier that left my books out on the street that stormy day. Being books, they could've been destroyed. But I received everything that I ordered so ultimately I was happy about that. I might order from them again in the future but not sure. If it was one book and they used an post, I would.

I placed my order on 11th July with this company as it was irish and and stated 2 to 3 days for delivery.
Today is the 26th July and I still had no order I emailed querying where my order was, to be told I gave the wrong reference number and a different name was attached to my reference number . I emailed on a copy of my order and payment confirmation that I received. I got a generic email refunding me minus delivery cost - even do I received no delivery. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I would not recommend to anyone so disappointed.i placed an early order to be ready for back to school.
