Il Frantoio Oleario "Saracino 1925" nasce ad Erchie in provincia di Brindisi. L'azienda agricola a conduzione familiare si estende per più di 50 ettari, integralmente condotti seguendo scrupolosamente il disciplinare dell'agricoltura Biologica. La raccolta delle olive avviene manualmente, con reti, tra ottobre e novembre. Le olive vengono spremute rigorosamente a Freddo nel frantoio di famiglia entro poche ore dalla raccolta in modo da preservarne la qualità e ottenere un olio extravergine d'oliva che si distingua. Prima di essere stoccato l'olio viene assaggiato e analizzato per garantire uno standard qualitativo elevatissimo. Una volta nei silos l'olio viene lasciato decantare naturalmente. Il nostro extravergine si presenta di un colore verde acceso. Il profumo è intenso, con note di carciofo, mandorla e erba tagliata. Fruttato medio, fragrante, dolce. Questo è Olio! ...perchè fatto solo con le nostre olive, nel frantoio di nostra proprietà, a filiera corta e sostenibile.

Flavours
A blossom of flavours , really a good tasting experience . The olive oil is valuable for a cool use on bread , for various salads and also for hot cooking . The oil offer a subtle taste which remain in the dishes , without bitterness . The turnip greens / cime di rapa and the vegetable mixpreserved in olive oil are fantastic
