The Tablet are awful. Unfortunately I need to return it. Please tell me , which address should I send it to?
I send an email to costumer service and they answered that it is not possible!!! But why? They did not answer any more!!!

Arzneimittel sind nach den Vorschriften über die Arzneimittelsicherheit Waren, die aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit nicht für eine Rücksendung geeignet sind und schnell verderben können. Nach § 312d Abs. 4 Nr. 1 BGB ist für diese Waren das Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht ausgeschlossen.
According to the regulations on drug safety, medicines are goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature and can spoil quickly. According to Section 312d Paragraph 4 No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal and return is excluded for these goods.
You can ask any pharmacy whether they will take back opened medication packs and refund you the money. They won't do it because it's forbidden.
The pharmacy can't help it that you can't tolerate the medication.
Unfortunately we cannot help you in this case.

The transaction itself is flawless but the transport is significantly worse. I often have to wait all day and sometimes my parcel arrives a day late.

Just an incredible company. Their customer service is out of this world. I have been a loyal customer now for many years and they have never, ever let me down. The staff are friendly and helpful.
If ever I’ve had personal problems they have been attentive and understanding, never failing to help me when I’ve needed it.
Their products are 10/10 and their delivery service is quick and efficient.
