Terrible sizing and unacceptable return…
Terrible sizing and unacceptable return policy. I ordered a $155 swimsuit in a size small (my normal size) and it was so small. I asked if I could exchange it for a larger size or return (within their 10 day window) and they said because I’d used their 10% discount for new customers it was considered final sale. It’s ridiculous for a swimwear company to sell $150 swimsuits you can’t try on. Terrible company. Don’t buy.

I ordered the green bikini a year ago, but due to the chlorinated water during my holiday, the color has faded and it's no longer green. It's a real shame because it's a great bikini. I'm just hesitant to buy a new one, as it will probably discolor again...

I ordered the "Lurex Edition" swimsuit.
The swimsuit is truly beautiful and has a gorgeous color. The color and cut are exactly like in the picture.
What I would point out, however, is that the free delivery over €50 only applies to domestic shipping.
It’s a pity that it doesn’t extend to international orders as well — I believe that if it did, SAND could attract even more customers.
I’m considering ordering another swimsuit from this site again if there will be free delivery over €50 also for others countries..

Poor product and poor customer service
Sure, here's a draft for your online review:
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. The bikini I received did not match the description or the pictures on the website at all. It was advertised as high rise, but the bottoms sat very clearly on the hip.
I requested a return within the specified timeframe but was refused because the items were marked final sale. However, nowhere on the website or at checkout did it state "final sale."
I contacted customer service, explaining the situation and reminding them of consumer rights law, which states that items not as described can be returned within 14 days. I was completely ignored. I followed up multiple times and even messaged them on Instagram, but I have still been ignored.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel cheated by this company. I would not recommend shopping here due to their misleading product descriptions and poor customer service.

They declined my refund request with no good reason (I didn’t even try the bikini on - it was no longer wanted) and I reached out to customer services and have had no response, I’m now at a loss, £30 wasted a complete scam. Do not order from here
