Very pleased with my purchase. I ordered the stone bag but forgot to add 2 free straps. I contacted customer services who were amazingly quick at replying and sent the straps out quickly. Very impressed, would definitely buy again from this company

Looks like a good purchase
The cross body leather bag bought for my wife was at a great price and had additional straps for free. Item packaged well and arrived promptly. As yet cannot vouch for the duribility as this is a gift for later in the year, but it does look like a good purchase.

Brilliant quality and customer service
I’ve made two orders from Swoon London. The quality of the product is fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. Delivery is prompt. On my second order, Royal Mail lost the parcel and were extremely unhelpful. As soon as I contacted Swoon I got a personalised reply rectifying the issue (despite it not being of their doing) and a replacement swiftly sent. I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from them again - brilliant quality and customer service.

I genuinely loved this bag
I genuinely loved this bag. I even had my initials added, as I bought it expecting it to be a quality leather handbag that would last for years.
Unfortunately, after around 18 months the zip has completely failed, one of the decorative charms fell off after around 14 months, and the leather has started separating in places that aren't subject to normal wear or rubbing.
For a bag marketed as quality leather, I would have expected a significantly longer lifespan.
I contacted customer services and provided photographs. The response focused solely on the bag being outside the 12-month warranty, rather than addressing the quality concerns. I was offered a 10% discount on a future purchase, but unfortunately I don't have the confidence to buy another bag when this one has deteriorated so quickly.
It's a real shame because I genuinely loved the design, but the quality simply hasn't matched my expectations.

Your order was placed in December 2024, so the bag is now around 18 months old and outside our 12-month warranty period. We did review the photographs you sent, and the areas shown appear to be on raised edges, corners and contact points of the bag, which are the areas most likely to show rubbing and wear over time.
We’re also sorry to hear about the zip and missing charm, but due to the length of time since purchase, we’re unable to offer a replacement, refund or repair on this occasion.
We appreciate this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we do feel the matter was reviewed fairly based on the age of the bag, the photos provided and our warranty policy.

I feel this bag is well worth the price. It's made well, you feel quality in your hands. Love the extra 2 straps you get, the only thing is I wish there was more mix and match choice of free straps but overall highly recommended.

Poor customer service
The bag had a sticky zip and would not open smoothly. The Company were not interested and refused to refund the return postage to me.

When you contacted us about the zip, we advised that once the bag was returned we would inspect it and, if a fault was found, we would refund your return postage.
The bag was checked carefully on return and no fault was found with the zip, which opened and closed normally. Your refund was therefore processed in line with our published returns policy.
The £2.99 original delivery charge was not refunded because the order had been dispatched and delivered, so that delivery service had been fulfilled.
We’re sorry we weren’t able to resolve this to your satisfaction, but we believe the return was handled fairly and in line with our policy.

Another lovely bag from Swoon
Another lovely bag from Swoon. This is bag number five for me and I haven't been disappointed. I love these bags as they are high quality leather and so practical with great storage for everything I need to carry. The wide straps are great and don't dig in as some thinner straps do. The versatility of being able to go from a shoulder bag to a crossbody is something I use all the time. The wide range of gorgeous colours is a bonus.
