I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Swiss Watch Repair! From beginning to end, their customer service was at a level that you simply do not see anymore. The attention to detail started before they even received my watch. They sent me a secure return box complete with a GPS tracker, prepaid return label, and they even included packing tape to seal the box. Who does that anymore? That level of thoughtfulness immediately gave me confidence that my watch was in good hands. Communication throughout the entire process was absolutely outstanding. I was kept informed while they had my watch, and once the work was completed, they shipped it back with a GPS tracker and even included a prepaid envelope so I could easily return the tracker. Most importantly, the watch itself came back looking absolutely incredible. My 30-year-old Omega Seamaster had accumulated plenty of scratches over the years, and the original tritium hands no longer glowed. When I received it back, I honestly could not believe the transformation. They replaced the hands, restored the watch beautifully, and there is not a single scratch anywhere on the watch or bracelet. It genuinely looks brand new. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The workmanship, attention to detail, communication, security, and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend Swiss Watch Repair to anyone who wants their timepiece treated with the level of care it deserves. I have already referred several friends to them and will absolutely use them again in the future!

I waited a month to report. My watch is running perfectly. It looks brand new for a 20-year-old Navitimer. From start to finish everything was easy from Tracking, communication and pricing very reasonable.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing their services twice and both times they far exceeded my expectations. If you have a watch that matters and you care about, they are absolutely the best.

I sent in an Omega Seamaster Quartz with a super rare movement. The team at WatchRepair sourced a movement for me and did a full service. No one else would do it. Watch is as good as new!

Sent in my wife’s in Rolex to be serviced. It worked, but the self winding function didn’t wind the watch. It continually needed to be manually wound. Their process is excellent for sending the watch to them and getting it back. Everything is tracked with an on board tracker. Watch was fixed and serviced and runs great. Very pleased.

I don't see how any company can match the service I received on my two watches. Both look brand new. All the shipping, communications, evaluation and repair was exceptional. I give them A+++

Jeff and his crew made my 18 year old Explorer II work and look like a brand new watch. My watch required an overhaul and several new parts, but the cost and time were reasonable. It wasn't an easy choice to send my watch to an repair service that I found on the internet, but after reading reviews of their work, I opted to give them a try. Their communication was timely, and honest. Their attention to shipping was great. They leave nothing to chance with the tracking of the shipment both ways. I will not hesitate to use Jeff in the future when I need to have my other watches serviced. It's so nice these days to find a company that takes pride in their work.

Thank you Jeff and Team for bringing my 2003 Omega Seamaster back to life. This is one of the most special watches in my collection as my wife bought it for me as an engagement gift. I haven’t been able to wear it for years after I broke the crystal and bezel. I’ve never used a watch repair service and was a little uneasy at first but the process was professional, fast, and simple.
Pre-labeled packaging, GPS tracking, pelican case, and thorough follow up gave me some peace and when the watch arrived completely overhauled I was extremely impressed with the job Jeff did.

The local authorized Rolex dealer was not able to service my older Oyster Perpetual watch with a 1570 movement. They suggested I authorize them to ship my watch to the Rolex repair center in Dallas, Texas. I would not have obtained a final estimate until they disassembled my watch.
