I mean it's a great good looking…
I mean it's a great good looking product but the quality is variable because sometimes it'll last me 2 months sometimes it'll last me 6 months and it only has a one time replacement so that's the only issue but I'm sure it must be difficult to engineer a ring hinge that stays tight when it can't self-tighten, it's bound to get loose eventually. There's almost no other way around it.

Samsung Fold 8 Case
I have a Samsung Fold 8 and my biggest concern has always been finding a case that would protect the hinge of the phone as it is the most vulnerable. I read all of the reviews for fold phones on line and bought the Supcase. I am very happy with it because it is sleek and low profile and gives superior protection without the bulk that I have found with other fold cases.
At one point, I needed to contact Supcase customer support and they were immediately responsive and accommodating. I could not have asked for better customer service. I would highly recommend Supcase to anyone! They deliver a quality product and excellent customer service.

A product you can trust!
I’m pretty picky about the phone case I choose. One of the most important features I look for is total coverage of the phone, especially the screen. When I found SupCase online I was interested because of the total protection their cases appeared to offer as well as the sleek designs and colors. The first time I put my phone in its new SupCase I decided that this was the phone case brand I was going to use any time I got a new phone. I was very surprised to see my case cracked seeing as the case appeared to be so strong. Luckily the actual phone screen was not damaged as well. After contacting customer service they let me know my SupCase was under warranty. I don’t recall any other phone case company offering such an amazing warranty that stands behind their product. My replacement case arrived in the mail today and I am so happy I chose SupCase. Incredible phone cases, awesome Customer Service- Thank You So Much!!

I contacted customer support, and they replied in under 24 hours to arrange a replacement case. I received the new one in just 5 days. Great Customer Service & Warranty
Mariam was quick to respond and help me get cases warrantied. The only downside was trying to purchase the inner plastic bezels, we didn't get them, for outer the part of the case of which we have several; however they warrantied several of the cases and sent replacements for them.
In summary, the customer service was prompt and helpful, and I would recommend SUPCASE to others. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite case has great longevity!

Excellent Customer Service
I made the mistake of cleaning the underside of the screen protector where the fingerprint reader is and unfortunately ruined it. I contacted their Customer Service and they replaced it for me, even though it was my fault.
