Not impressed with our purchase. Sort of wishing we just went with the Ikea fronts. Quality seems ok so far but not really worth the price. The shipping was super delayed which would have been acceptable but they would not respond to any emails and phones were off. Refused to get in touch. I had to leave a review just to receive a reply. The guy was rude and dismissive. They didn't update us on the new date (as promised) and just left them outside whilst we were out. It was all packed together weighing to lift and I had to unpack it all outside and take in separately. Since I didn't know they were coming I had plans and was really late, as this unpacking process took a long time. Also they left us with a huge timber crate that we now have to pay to get disposed of. I feel like they should be paying for this.

I ordered wardrobe doors and panels from Studi Fedde 15 WEEKS AGO - coming up to our 16th week! Still no delivery! I knew that I would have to wait a long time but I was told that delivery would happen in week six of this year. It was then rescheduled to week nine of this year. It’s well beyond that now and last week I spent ages chasing up with the company to find where my stuff was, but I got no response. Eventually I resorted to threatening them with fraud and scam and I got a response saying that not only were they not going to be delivered, but they hadn’t even left the Netherlands (I live in the UK). I guess if I hadn’t chased I would never have known that. It seems that they don’t take their postage or delivery seriously at all and don’t care about their customers. I responded to the email where they told me that it hadn’t even left the Netherlands and they haven’t got back to that. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I bought my products on Black Friday and even then they were over £2000 - such a terrible customer experience for something so expensive.

If you are looking for a decent upgrade to your ikea wardrobe look nowhere else. Dimensions are flexible so you can get your wardrobe up to the ceiling. Measurements are exact and with some -decent- effort you can install them yourself.

I ordered oak fronts and handles for my Ikea Pax wardrobes and they are the most gorgeous things ever. There was a slight manufacturing issue with the doors when they arrived, but after speaking to their customer service team, they were really great at getting it resolved quickly for me. Great customer service and beautiful products, I couldn't ask for more!

The package never arrived. DHL said the package has suffered damage in the process and it won't be delivered. This is sad, since I am expecting these samples since 28 february when I purchased it.
De samples waren een dag later al in huis! Mooi verpakt.

no respect of timing to send samples. That was supposed to be within 2 days and finally 2 months just to receive sample... and it is very expansive

We had an excellent kitchen planning consultation with Studio Fedde. The consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and had good suggestions both from a practical and an aesthetic perspective. We are still in the planning phase and have not received the fronts yet, but the follow up with responses to our questions and ordering samples has been very efficient. The products look good quality.
