Amazingly fast shipping! Plenty of yarn for the project. Yarn was easy to work with and colors were really vibrant. No issues with color bleeding when blocked in cool water. Made the perfect gift for my daughter!

A Very Pleased Customer
Their booth was at the Expo in Pittsburgh PA. I purchased several items there. I realized I needed a couple more items so I could knit one of their patterns. Very helpful and friendly. I will purchase from them again. Service was quick!

Be patient!
I bought the South Carolina hat kit. The kit is great. The yarn is of a nice quality and the pattern is easy to read. The tag and button are a nice addition.
However, because these State Kits are in high demand it’s taken awhile to fill my order. I am waiting for two more kits. Also, not all States are available. I’m waiting for more to be added. These hats will make great Christmas gifts for my family that’s scattered to the four winds. Shipping notification was a bit slow, too. My order arrived on delivery day. I do understand the demand slowing things down.

Norma, all orders send an automatic email receipt when placed. I see you are on yahoo so you might want to check your spam folder.
Since you just placed your order a few days ago it has not yet shipped, but once it does we will email you again with all the tracking information. Also once we are notified it has been delivered, we will email you a notification of delivery.

Quick Kits Subscription
I just subscribed for the monthly Quick Kits. I subscribed on 7/31 - and it "renewed" on 8/1. I emailed to ask when I was officially part of the program and got an IMMEDIATE answer - with good news - JULY!! I got my first package on 8/5. I was SO THRILLED! I timed it just right. AND!!! The kit is perfect! It's cute and a project I will do right away. So excited!
