Absolute scam ! Do not buy from this company

this ONLINE STORE IS A SCAM , I PAID FOR AN ITEM THAT IS NOTHING AT ALL LIKE OR CAN USE ITS A JOKE , NO RETURN ADDRESS NO CONTACT INFO,

I ordered as advertised on Facebook Marketplace a Cycle Bearing puller kit at £31 I received a cheap item nowhere near what was advertised a bloody scam

Although I was in, did not ring the bell just left the parcel outside with a picture of delivery man’s foot - and then 5 mins after I saw the email and picture - parcel was not there!!!!

Fell for the Ad for multifocal glasses for £32 What arrived was a cheap set of glasses which did nothing
Forewarned do not buy from them

I ordered a mobile wifi saw ad on Facebook looked ok what l received was a cheap wifi repeater not what was advertised have rung different phone numbers and sent so many emails to them no answer to any of them have been in touch with my Lloyd s bank after 2 hours on the phone with them they are refunding my money back to me because l used my visa card face book should be checking the ads before allowing them to use it no more shopping on line for me 😠 the company should be charged with theft nothing but con artists

I stupidly thought the pictures of clothing that I followed on a Facebook post were true to what they are. They were allegedly supporting breast cancer awareness. The items I received look nothing like the pictures and they don't fit. I want to send them back and get a refund, but no way of doing this. I can't believe I fell for it. Should have checked first.

I have just received a cheap-looking sweater that looks nothing like the one I paid good money for. I cannot find the return address: Evri does not have the return address
Can someone please provide me with their return address? They have only referred to their address name as Online Store 1. The sweater I paid for looked great online, but there is no way a person could get their arms into the sleeves of this ugly sweater. You can all get your money back from your bank; they will dispute the payment and refund it to your account. That's if you paid by bank card. This firm also goes by the name of Lovailli Company House; also confirm 1st Choice Online Stores Ltd, no 14809150, dissolved on 29 Oct 2024.

I saw their Ad on Youtube. stating you will inly need one pair of their glasses which focus from very small print to infinity, this company its a scam Paid £32.00 for a very cheap product that does nothing, do not buy the product

I ordered a meter that measures blood sugar and what arrived was a pulse oximeter. How bad is that conning an elderly person with diabetes

Beware, beware, beware. You get what you ordered “ a mystery box “, you don’t get what is shown in the Ad. I received a Smart Band 7. I wouldn’t give more than £8.00 for it. Scam. Scam. Scam.

I ended up purchasing from this company via a Facebook Ad pop up - disguised as a ladies underwear company called ‘Venailli’. The company claimed to make garments especially for women suffering with diastasis recti following childbirth. I paid a premium price for what I thought would be a quality product. Instead I received unbranded extremely cheaply made underwear, which shrunk on first wash and definitely won’t last when worn, let alone help with diastasis recti :(
I have tried contacting the company for a refund but with no reply. I have since looked into their website and it seems the domain is hidden - can’t be googled etc. The Facebook page was also only created a month ago!
I am as disappointed in myself as anything, for being duped online! I won’t be falling for it again! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

I purchased a 'Gathering Fan' from this store via Groupon. It arrived but did not work. The fan did not function at all. Unable to find a means of returning or contacting them so a total waste of money!
I would never purchase from them again. Not recommended.

Don't use this company or store or buy anything ever of Instagram link as they have zero quality control. been bittern too many times item sent not the one ordered.

What a con, I ordered a watch and received a pair of glasses. I have tried to get a refund and nothing is working. I would not touch these with a barge pole.

Bought a mobile WiFi device from this company, only to arrive and find it will not power up or show any signs of life, even after charging, have now been chasing them for nearly two months trying to retrieve a refund, I strongly advise you to avoid this company or many others that sell within the name Store01, all I receive is messages stating that their aftersales will be in touch.
