Well, I blame myself for not visiting this website before making my purchase.   Dang, where to begin? First, it's not clearly advertised where the company is located (UK), nor the "trip around the sun" it took to receive.  They don't fit my vehicle, but if they did, I wouldn't use them b/c it immediately downgrades the quality right to the "embarrassing" sh*tbox level.   I was so certain from reading the numerous "bad" reviews, that I preemptively purchased a quality set via Amazon and already installed before these 'door mats' arrived.   
As for any attempt to return?  I'll likely pass b/c time IS the commodity, and I'd rather chalk this up to a bad joke and move on.  
Spare yourself of anything but a "boilerplate" customer service reply that you'll see posted over and over again, one complaint after another.  
Shame on this company and its 80+ % negative review status.

you know i bought these 2 front seats only and then read all these reviews, i was cautious about what i would receive. after installing i really have no clue what all these nay sayers are complaning about. put these in my 2005 bmw 325i where the seats were nasty and now i have an amazing front of my car.
maybe people think there car should look like out of the show room? i am happy as a pig in shit
Received mine today. Did not look anything like the pictures. Very displeased. They asked for the year and type of vehicle I had. These appear to be generic, and not made for my vehicle. I purchased a cheap set of seatcovers for my Silverado pickup from another manufacturer. They were made better than the Stablela seat covers I received.

I have been ordered from Stablea for my car mat .but unfortunately it’s not fitting for my car as it’s different size and pattern which they showed on the website. Then I have contacted their customer support team which they say they will refund 15% of the price but until now there is no response from them. I have requested them to refund 50% but no response yet.

Please people, run from this company. The cover are cheap, customer service is basically non existant and trying to get your money back when the covers don't fit...virtually impossible. It took over a month from when I ordered them to receive them. Then within 1 hour I was taking pictures of the covers that don't fit and were coming apart as I was trying to put them on. Then couldn't get anyone to reply to the emails I started sending them explaining the problems. Finally after 2 weeks they sent me a settlement offer of half of the price back on my card....for seat covers that DON'T FIT! I had had enough and said just give me the refund and I went and threw them in the trash can. Lost 140.00 on that deal. Please don't make the mistake I did!

The seat covers arrived in good condition, it took a long time for them to get here, the tracking system kept me informed, over all a good experience.

Items sent was wrong items and over charged. Item not as show. Instalation was difficult and not even close to what their video showed.

The front seat covers are great for my 2024 Toyota Tundra. The color and durability is really good. I really wanted a different cover style but this one had lumbar support. I was very disappointed that the back seat cover didn't fit at all. They were too small. You guys should not sell back seat covers for large SUVs and trucks. I really wish I could get that money back for that part. Otherwise I'm satisfied.

The customer service was helpful when I emailed with questions. The representative got back to me in a timely manner and sent videos to help install covers. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t get them to fit correctly in my 2022 Honda Pilot SE. I was surprised at this because I had sent pictures of my interior upon their request. I ended up having to modify some of the seat covers and the second row seat covers did not fit correctly. By the time I was able to figure out how to modify them and make them work, it was past the return window.

I received my seat covers and instantly knew something was wrong. At first I thought I was not installing them correctly, only to realize that they were just not the right covers. It wasn’t just the fit, they are not configured for my 23 Silverado 1500. Even if they did fit, the quality is very poor. 
I communicates with customer service right away asking for information on how to return them, and at first had back and forth communication trying to resolve. At first, they offered me 20% to keep them and then when I did not accept that offer and asked again for return instructions, they offered 50% off to keep them.
I rejected that offer stating that price was not the issue. They asked me if the seat covers were in tact and ready for return and I replied right  away confirming. I also asked what the next step was for the return. NO response.
That was nearly a month ago as they have completely ghosted me.
There is no customer service number to call and I have sent a dozen emails begging for someone to respond or call me.
If you are considering purchasing these covers, I would highly suggest second guessing that decision.
By far, the worst customer service and purchasing experience I have had in 50 years.

Terrible company. Do not purchase from them. I had one cover that fit well, I can't use the other 3. They will not send me a return label, even though I have sent them multiple pictures and emails. Slow communication from them.
