So far, so good!
So far, I am very impressed with this company. Their customer service was excellent and responded to my questions almost immediately. After placing my order, I received a tracking number the very next day, which gave me confidence that everything was moving quickly.
My couch is being shipped across the country, and the estimated delivery time is only about 6 days, which is impressive. I haven't received the couch yet, but the ordering and shipping experience has been outstanding so far. I will update my review once the couch arrives.

Took almost a month to arrive,did turn…
Took almost a month to arrive,did turn out nice. However the metal sides were a challenge to put together, 2 of them I actually had to use a hammer to push them down to click in. The fabric for the legs also were very very tough to slide on, even if the fabric was just a tad more stretchier, or had an extra couple millimeters for width it would've been a great experience. I shouldn't be sweating my head off trying to squeeze metal parts together

“Nicko was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His patience while helping me switch the colors on my items was greatly appreciated. What really stood out was how quickly he let me know that the original colors were out of stock and immediately provided me with alternative options instead of leaving me waiting. That level of communication and customer service is huge for me and made the whole experience much easier. Love the couch.
Love the couch.. nice firmness, the pieces were easy to “assemble ( open and “ let loose”). The one middle piece is just a little shy in size compared to the 2 side pieces. Love the looks and great for laying down but the back is not high enough to sit back in.

I have been blown away by the entire experience of receiving our sectional. From shipping to unboxing, the team at Rove Lab have thought of it all! Fast delivery, the box is gorgeous inside out, and seeing the seating take form is impressive. The seating itself is very comfortable, more on the firm side and easy to clean. It’s the perfect outdoor sectional for families!!!

I ordered the S8 Sleeper Sofa bed and it's wonderful! So happy I was able to find something non-toxic and affordable. This is a super comfy and kid friendly couch. Customer service was also excellent; they were very patient and responsive.

Great low couch better then expected!
I do like the couch I think it is way better than what I expected receiving 4 boxes. One thing I would love if the corner ottoman would also zip to the bottom of the couch so if would not separate like a free standing ottoman.

Great product and great customer service!
First of all the couch was very easy to put together and it's very elegant looking and solid feeling as well. But what I found really impressive was the fact that in less than two weeks after I purchased it, it went on sale for $100 less and I contacted customer support expressing I felt that was unfair. And they were kind enough to issue $100 refund. Good company and a good product.

Furniture to absolutely have!
