‼️WARNING: OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY‼️

We do not recommend renting a room from this company. They cancelled our stay and told us we would receive a refund, but we have still not received it.

We contacted customer service several times. They initially responded, but communication often stopped when we mentioned the refund. On other occasions, they told us the refund would be processed, but we never received the money and had to contact them again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had online! Roomtorent cancelled our booking 2 weeks before we had to go Madrid, so we had to find a new hotel in a hurry. Booking.com promised us, that Roomtorent would refund our payment of 1413 euros in June. Today is the 31 of August and we still have not received our refund. I have contacted the customer service multiple times, and they tell me to write an e-mail. I have written 7-8 mails and still have not received a reply. I have contacted them over WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and they promised me a refund, but they will not send me a confirmation of the refund and we still have not received the refund. And now they will not answer me either on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. I have proof of everything. I have screenshots of them promising me that they have transferred the refund. My advice to you, who is considering to make a booking through Roomtorent.es. DONT DO IT! Use a more reliable company or book through Airbnb. It is much safer than Booking.com and Roomtorent.es

Nice room, airco working. Keys weren’t working during our stay so little difficult to enter our room the first hours when arriving.
But otherwise everything went well and was okay!

This Airbnb was the perfect place for our trip to Madrid. It was clean and spacious to comfortably accommodate 2 people. The area was away from the busy street noise so it was quiet during the night. There were two metro stops within walking distance and shops and restaurants to enjoy within close proximity.

Since the beginning I had an amazing experience and friendly service as they offered us to leave our bags in the office as our bnb wasn’t ready and gave us even some refreshments . And for the Airbnb was amazing for me and my group of friends ! Highly recommend !

Great Experience. I felt very secure and taken care of by the guests. Check-in was simple, yet the procedures made me feel very safe in the apartment. David and Alberto were both extremely accommodating. Recommend highly.

Alberto's place was a great choice and the location perfect.I didnt know much about San Sabastain prior to this trip but i fell in love with the area.

Great location, modern apartment, afforadble price.

The apartment was unfortunately not in a suitable condition upon arrival. There was no heating and no hot water during our stay. We were moved to a different apartment, but the lock code for the new apartment did not work, which caused further inconvenience. We contacted the host, but the issues were not resolved effectively. The alternative apartment was also located outside the area we had specifically chosen. Due to these problems, we ultimately had to arrange alternative accommodation. I have been trying to come to a solution but they are not responding.
