This is actually a good company they were waiting on test and it didn’t come In the timeframe they said they would get them so they just sent it from thier us warehouse and handled it swiftly and made sure I got what I needed in a timely fashion

Delivery was slow. 2.5 weeks to get the first part of my order. Another two for the rest of it to come in. The quality is off the charts though. If anything… it’s over dosed. After trying it, it makes me wonder if I have ever truly had fully dosed product before. Definitely worth the wait. Just wish It wasn’t quite so long. 😂

I was almost certain Roidsmart was going rip me off, as I’ve been scammed more times than I care to admit. Definitely not the case with Roidsmart. I placed a very small initial order, less than $60 in bitcoin, and it actually arrived within 15-20 days. I received a tracking number so I could follow my order. I’m now going to stock up and spend a substantial amount of money. I’ve also told a couple friends who are going to do the same now that we have found a reliable and honest vendor. Can’t thank you enough for being honorable. Very cool!!!!

This business has not only always came through but they fix any mix up's even if they take a small hit.
Shipping domestically is very quick. International is a little slow but always gets here, so patience helps.
They never lost a package yet for me.
All in all.....this is the most trustworthy business I deal with, it will be a sad day if they ever call it quits. Great quality products given I'm a fan of ZPHC.

Customer service doesn’t exist . You place your order and they send you what they feel like sending . Then when you reach out to resolve the issue , you are ignored . 3 orders in a row wrong, zero responses from the company. I will be switching companies and taking my clients with me as a result of this poor business practice

Greetings all! I wanted to submit this review because of how impressed I was with Roidsmart and their excellent service and product! Let me preface this by saying that if you decide to place an order with "the Mart", and I genuinely hope you do, that you please be patient while waiting for your tracking number. I can't stress this enough. I waited for one work week before I recieved mine and, I must be honest here, was absolutely loosing my mind thinking about what might have happened. Let me assure you though, once you get your tracking number, and YOU WILL get your tracking, everything else came together in short order! Within 12 days my order had arrived unscathed and complete, right on my doorstep! That's pretty darned impressive seeing as though my order came from across the world, through customs, and right to my door in that short a time-frame! I absolutely LOVE Roidsmart and will be giving them my business exclusively! You positively will not find better product, at better prices, with shipping this fast and the service they offer! Oh! I almost forgot to mention! I had a question about my order that I posted on their customer service telegram, and not only did they respond within minutes, but they answered with the exact info I was looking for. It doesn't get any better than that! Save yourself the stress and anxiety of ordering with anyone else. GET YOUR GEAR HERE!

BUT YEAH IT WORKS!! ordered a mix of stuff and it all arrived yesterday. 11 days to New York. The tracking link was acting weird for a few days but it showed up in the end. DONT PANIC IF TRACKING STOPS MOVING GUYS. It comes.

Scam scam scam scam! I have used anabolics on and off for years. I have never come across a scamming business so willing to make things seem real. A tracker number that just never shows up and repeats updates to drag things out. Promises of refunds. On and on excuses. Constantly asking you to wait until a later date and when that time comes they seem to just fall apart with their reasons and issues. What's funny is when I made payment I selected the cheap option for cash app to send the bitcoin. This means I didn't pay extra for it to send instantly or within a couple hours. I chose the free option which was 24hrs to send money. Within 4 hours they had no delay in reaching out to me to ensure my money would be getting to them. That was the last time they took initiative to handle anything. If you want gear, join an anabolic fb page or 2 and just ask around, then ask if someone or a couple ppl can verify whatever person or business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE PLEASE!!! Ppl that are eager to take your money then don't follow through on what you paid then for should be put in prison. I mean scamming is illegal soooo.....

What's funny is my dumbass checked this platform to get a since of this company which has fairly decent reviews here. CLEARLY you can not rely on reviews overall ratings because reviews are bought and faked. I'm telling you, I'm a real person that just waited about 40 days for my order, finally acknowledged after my many emails, told I'd get a refund, just to have to ask 3 more times for it after said time I was to receive, just to be told they only give giftcards to their own business, which I was told was finally emailed to me, which after checking every folder, I wasn't even sent that..
