I have ordered a box , 10 kilos vintage sweaters.. i have received it today and i am a bit disappointed. A lot of sweaters do not have tags with brand names or material.. for online re-selling this information is crucial..also i didn’t see any rare sweaters , like it was claimed in the description. I am not sure if i get my money back by reselling this box.
I took a 3kg box and I’m so impressed 🤩 I’m staying in italy for a few months and decided to try something different and order from Rivintage ~ mostly for fun ~ but I’m happily surprised by the prices and the diversity in the options. This was also so fun!! I also had a small issue with the shipping as I am not a resident of the EU and am only renting for a short term so I don’t have an exact address but the customer service from Lorenza was so efficient and helpful. She replied almost immediately, helped me in English (and was kind about it) and answered a series of questions. She even followed up with me after the package was delivered to make sure everything was okay (outside of not being a proper resident, I also reside in the country where it’s complicated for deliveries and I was concerned about the delivery). Can I give them 10 stars? Highly recommend
