RIP Tweaks Vouch
This "RIP" Tweaks utility mean't so much to me. and it really boosted my performance alot on windows 10. since then, my laptop was a Poor-Performance device. so i tried to find a way on how to make it simply BETTER. i found "RIP" Tweaks and i was interested into looking it. and, it was the best tweaking utility of my life.

The tweaks that were provided onto the PC.
The tweaks that were provided onto the app (or tweaking panel) presented by RIP Tweaks gave my PC a huge benefit for gaming and other activities! Causing my frames to go from 100 on 1440p high on Tomb Raider to 250! Giving me a huge boost in FPS and network stability wise! With all honesty, this tweaking app should deserve a 5 star from helping my PC run modern AAA games with ease without much frame drops.

Pretty good
After using these tweaks I can certainly tell you it's worth it, saw a huge difference. Games are actually more playable and smooth, barely any delay and increased fps by a good amount.
