Terrible payout times/customer service
Terrible payout times, terrible customer service and only can withdraw limited amount Have now emailed them 8 times to close my account cause of my gambling issues and have had no response. They don’t care about people with addiction issues. I did the live chat and they wouldn’t close my account and said I had to email and gave me the address. No response, no help no caring.

Mike, we understand why this has left you with a very negative impression. On this project, account closure requests are not handled through live chat, which is why you were directed to the email channel for that matter.
As for the withdrawal side, the standard processing period is up to 96 hours. In the account activity we can see, the withdrawal requests were cancelled from the account side before that timeframe had fully run, and the funds were then used for further play.

RIP OFF WONT PAY
They give you a tiny bonus if you win you have to play out unreal amounts but i did it and won over 300 but they took it said i can only win 200 percent of the original bonus so i spun a few more spins got to 56 dollars did a withdraw its bin blocked its such a small amount
