I bought a brush for my pet in may 2026 and at that time I declined the subscription to the mist spray. I received the brush and kept it however my dog hated it. Chalked it up to bad purchase. Fast forward 3 months and I notice a 44.00 charge on Apple Card for this subscription that I did not authorize. It has been a run around with customer service. The last one I spoke to was so rude that I asked to speak with someone else and she hung up on me. I filed a dispute with Apple. Terrible company.

This is a crooked operation. I had never heard of this co and out of the blue I began getting deliveries “ blood “health support” that I not only never ordered, but never heard of. I tracked down a number in the return address which I called to complain and stop the orders the response was “ We are not set up to receive phone calls.” What can be done to stop them. I just received another order of six blood pills what ever that is what can one do. I guess I will have to cancel my card

The rating should be 0 as they have scammed me. I was charged $199 for 5 bottles that I did not order. I contacted them and returned 5 bottles. Items were received over 2 weeks ago, and I have never received any reimbursement.
They stole my money and gave me nothing!

The phone number 😞 is bogus and the email listed on the bottle isn't a real email 😡. They're no way to contract the crooks 😡. I want a refund for this FAKE product.. They use AI generated ads to mislead people 😡 I want my money returned to my card😡

Bait and switch. Ordered $39 special and got 6 bottles. Charged me $190 on my card without my permission. When my wife called she was told another order was coming up. She cancelled and got $100 back on my card. Film Flam at work on Renu Glycol website.

Did not work? Sent me another supply without asking!!! Can not return it !
Cost $200 gave me $100 after arguing about it this was the second delivery if it I just got this past Saturday! Want to send it back will not take any send backs!
They did cancel my subscription which I never agreed too! So I lost $100! What a fool I am

Do not buy from jb restore they quote one price than charge double amount to card. Also they are scamming people out of money and won't refund like they said money back guarantee.

This product was advertised as a break through product promoted by Elon Musk. I watched the whole video and oreded the product at the end. I got this product instead. I dont have diabetes. Then they sent me another month's supply and charged my card over 100.00 which was double from first order. The number on bottle for customer service has been disconnected. Thank goodness I checked invoice. I was able to discontinue the order. They only gave me 39.00 back on card. Bc I had already received second unauthorized order. This is the biggest scam. I got taken for 170.00..

The company has been a rip off with subscriptions. Cancelled subscription in May after sending me 6 bottles. In June I received 6 more bottles and called them stating that I cancelled in May. They said I never did, this company is a major rip off problem. Do not do any business with them and also the product is a dud and total scam. This is my third review and the other two were never posted.

Watching the add a few months ago, Renu was supposed to stop ringing in the ears. After the first bottle, i started taking 4 capsules a day, The ringing in my ears has NOT gone away. Don't waste your money.
Special ingredients: Mulberry extract, Cinnamon extract, rice, flower, magnesium and gelatin., stearate. Nothing you cant get with a few vitamin suppliments.

I started taking this product about a month ago. In 2 days I quit needing any inhalers & now I’m not needing them but maybe once-twice a week. I’m sorry your other reviews are so negative. And that so many are still suffering. I have no idea why I’m better & others are not. 🥺

I have ordered product for incontinence and they have sent me Glycol Restore. When I called back they want me to send it back on my own expenses and only when the product will be in there warehouse they will refund it in 30 days

These pills do nothing. What a hoax

Ordered glyco pills...for $29.99.
I received many bottles of various things I did NOT order and was billed $268.98. opened a fraud report with My CC company. They said items were delivered so they couldn't remove the charge. I will call the company, if I can find their number somwhere, but from the looks of these reviews, I probably won't get my money back. I cancelled the credit card, bc I am afraid they'll send me more and charge me. NO INFORMATION was ever emailed to me and no information in the package, no order sheet or return information.

It didn't work on me and id like to stop my subscription

I saw the add on my phone for Renu Glyco The ad showed 1 bottle for 39.99 So I ordered it and received 5 bottles and a charge of $199.85. I called them to get a refund and they did not want to refund me so I told them all I could do is file a fraud claim . But I did not right away I talked to my bank and they said that they would file a claim if I wanted to. So I called them back and told them what the bank said and now they want the bank to call them and tell them that there is no claim. So the bank does not do that call the merchant by bank policy. So I filed a claim and the bank said that that is what I ordered and closed the case. I called the merchant back and they said only way to get a refund is to have the bank call them. So In my opinion they are crooked dishonest thieves and if you buy this and you get burnt it your fault.

Well to start off it’s not what I ordered. I order the fatty liver detox. There is no where on the bottle about liver detox. I am going to send the 2 bottles back and get my full refund back, when I saw my bank statement I was shocked to see the price of $119 and some cents. What I order was buy 1 bottle get one free. Same thing happened to me!! I was sucked into a scam. I do disrespect Tom Selleck and Sam Elliott for advertising for this product. They're losers in my book. The product went in the trash. And only got half my money back. That's it and that's all.
