I am very disappointed with Remaker AI. The service did not meet my expectations, and I found the payment system frustrating and difficult to use. After paying, I experienced issues with the service and did not receive the level of support I expected.

The website makes promises about its features, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Customer service was slow to respond, and resolving problems was more difficult than it should have been.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Remaker AI. I hope the company improves its customer support, payment process, and overall service quality for future users.

Payment is now only possible via crypto and Telegram, which gives a very unprofessional impression. A potentially good tool is rendered unusable this way.

Was a very useful, low-cost upscaler/editor with some free daily processes
But as of 09-01-26 the entire experience has been ruined by changed layout and basic output.
It also has no more free options.
Will be exploring other options
