They take do all the hard work for us (keeping track of dozens of cases with Amazon support is so time consuming), and their fees are very reasonable.

I am still in litigation over a $23.45 refund that's still processing since 05/17. I have called numerous times,been placed on hold the longest time was 43min.12sec., I was told several times they submitted tickets for the issue but did not have a ticket number to give me. I want my money refunded back to my account.

I mainly use FBA Refunds for finding inventory that was lost or damaged at Amazon's warehouse and they are worth every penny of the commission they charge. I will continue using them for a long time.

We have been an amazon seller over 4 years and recently turn to FBA because the pandemic. As a beginner of FBA we have no experience and we are quite confused about some of the policies from Amazon. It is never helpful for the Amazon support which we spent too much work and time to figure it out. We had problems like shipment did not receive, partial shipment lost, shipment quantity error, shipping item damaged when they receive. Then my manager found FBA refunds online and we contact them. One of the representatives, Vishal, give us all the answers we need and help us to solve most of the problems within a month or two. Everything was automatically done well and so far we had few problems from Amazon's side.
Really nice experience to work with Vishal and we hope everyone who was disappointed Amazon's FBA service can get help from them.
