The Customer services of the Reezocar Advisor's is Excellent. I came to know about Reezocar through Leboncoin, I personally met Reezocar Advisor Mr. Didier Ajuelos where he helped me to finalize my desired car and answered my questions and cleared my doubts.
I also like to thank Madame Jennifer Logon for following up the whole process, starting from preparation of the Vehicle to Registration of car to delivery of Car. She is very professional, soft-spoken and has good product Knowledge. She is to call and update me through the entire process, also very quick to reply my mail.

Two years ago I purchased a Volvo XC90 from Nicolas Bernardi and loved the smooth purchasing process. Last month I contacted Nicolas to purchase another vehicle and I was happy to hear about his promotion to a managerial position. He put me in contact with Charley B-Delcroix to work on the new request. I tried to find a Land Rover Discovery 4 in good condition and low mileage for ages but had little success in France. I reviewed sites in Spain, Germany and Italy and found some interesting possibilities. However I did not have much opportunity or time to visit the sellers to check the cars and those which I could have visited were sold before I could travel. I turned to Reezocar who took on the challenge. My appointed consultant worked very hard to meet my requirements for age, condition and price. He found a number of options in a fast moving and difficult market, a couple of which we lost as they were sold very quickly, and we settled on an excellent car which met all my requirements. He was patient and unflappable!

A whole team all worked on the sale for me. They were rapid, courteous and professional throughout, ensuring the finances, registration in France, transport etc etc were all done, with me being kept fully informed, and finally ensuring the car was ready on time when I had planned to collect it.
We discovered a problem with the car which had not been declared by the original seller and the Support Helpdesk was absolutely brilliant in sorting out the issue at no cost to me, using a Land Rover dealer for a fully professional rectification.

I was confident in Reezocar from the start as they are a division of Société Generale so I was prepared to spend a large amount of money on a vehicle via an internet service without having seen the car. This was entirely justified by the results, both in the car they found for me and the service they provided to ensure the car was exactly as advertised, including the rectification of the fault (which I know many less professional and less honest dealers would have tried to avoid). The staff I worked with were committed to doing a great job and overcame every issue which came up with patience and courtesy – even the bureaucratic issues around changing details on the French registration/Immatriculation at short notice.

I cannot recommend Reezocar more highly for openness, honesty, customer service and effectiveness. I am in the process of buying a second car through them...
