Very unsatisfied with service. Ordered many products. The package has not been sent in 8 days after ordering. Then I have contacted them and asked about that. Only then the package has been sent. When the package arrived 3 products were missing. I had to contact them again as I have not recieved any email about that. Now I am still in contact with them as I have not received about 600 nok kr refund for missing products. My advice, do not pay in advance when ordering from rawfood and save some headache for yourself 😉

Customers Wait, Support Doesn’t
It took them over 10 days to reply to my return email in an already ongoing thread. Then they closed the return because I did not respond to their email within a much shorter amount of time.
That said, I have been happy with most of the products I have ordered from them.

The orders are delivered quick. I like that. I was not happy with one of the product.
The almond nuts were not good. All brown and rotten. Could not eat those. Had to throw them away. It was half price. Did not worth the price for rotten almonds
This was my experience. Otherwise I am happy with your products

The quality as expected
The order process was smooth, and everything arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The products were carefully and neatly packed, which shows that the company pays attention to quality and customer satisfaction. The packaging was secure, and nothing was damaged or missing. Based on this first impression, Rawfoodshop appears to be reliable and professional. Since I received the items only recently, I have not had enough time to fully test or evaluate the products themselves. However, the overall service and delivery give me confidence that the quality will be as expected.
