I purchased a couple shirts from them and they shipped me the wrong sizes. Instead of shipping me the right shirts, they cancelled the order and did a partial refund.
Not the type of company that I want to deal with. Get your act together.

I saw a Qink ad on Instagram and ordered a T-Shirt. I received no order confirmation. I sent messages to the Qink customer service and receive no response. I will have my Credit Card cancel the order. Why don’t businesses communicate??
I ordered 3 t-shirts from QINK. All 3 t-shirts had graphics which started to separate from the t-shirts after one washing. When I contacted the company they would not accept a return because they had been washed. Their adhesive is clearly defective as the graphics separated on all 3 shirts.
Very poor business practice. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
The companies response to this review is ludicrous. Why would you even consider reselling these t-shirts if they are defective? The graphics are coming off!
Shame on you as a company for selling t-shirts with faulty adhesive. The customer will not know until they have laundered the items! Shame on you. I do not understand and I do not accept your apology.

I have been trying to exchange/return my purchase weeks ago, both requested on their website and wrote an email to their customer service, but no one responded. Without a more direct contact (e.g. phone number that i can contact to ask about my situation), I am now stuck with these T-shirts I don’t want, forced to accept them, possibly not having the chance to return them with their “30 days” policy since it’s seems likely that no one would actually respond me in 30 days… Ultimately, I really don’t recommend making any purchases from them, not only the customer service but also the t-shirt quality isn’t good.
Edit/Response: I want to return/exchange as they are too big for me. I don’t understand how that does not qualify for a return/exchange. If I can’t get a desired product just because I kept it clean and safe for a return/exchange (to get a size that fits me), then I seriously do not recommend purchasing anything from them. Moreover, a response took them over 3 weeks…

I love my purchase. My shirt has gotten many compliments from strangers when im out. Materials are good. Plan to buy additional products.
