I bought the "cash invest" what did not develop satisfying. I quit the investment and quirion transferred the investment twice to me. After recognising their failure they threat me to take money from my other investments if I do not cooperate. Result: Poor Products and non-reliable and safe system.

Not transparent. I stopped an account with Oskar ETF, and thought I'd try the self-confessed "leader". Sadly just as bad as Oskar. You initiate a transfer from the quirion clearing account to buy ETFs for your portfolio. You have no idea what is happening, there is no information, you don't see the movement of the money, you don't see for what price the ETFs are bought, you don't see when they were bought. Quirion needs to convince me with transparent use of MY money. How are you supposed to react to the market and buy? Would be better to invest a small amount to see what Quiron buys, and then buy the ETFs yourself. At least you see immediately what you pay. For the 21st century this is not good enough. Is this whole process done manually is it fully automated? If it is fully automated then why does it take so long to see what is happening. Don't bother.
I am not complaining about whether my savings plan loses or makes money. My complaint is about the absolute lack of transparency.
Quirion is doing nothing to improve transparency. It is still impossible to see when products are bought or sold.
I initiated a withdrawal from my Cash Invest ETF - it takes far too long. The sale of the products should be instantaneous. It should not take days.

Great robo-advisory product! The returns I'm getting from it (just over 2 years of investing) are great, I can highly recommend. Just don't expect to get good service from their customer support. Sadly, it's typically German in that sense (they don't seem to care about you at all and give you very little help)
