Today was good day and I'm so happy about my 1st debt settlement. Progress Law sent several text messages and emails informing me of the settlement and asked for approval to proceed. This is my very first time using a service of this type and I've been impressed from day 1 in how well they communicate and don't leave you wondering what it is going on with your situation. I like giving reviews, whether positive or negative to get the word out about a business, and this company gets an A+ thus far.

I enrolled in Progress Law's debt program about 6 months ago with no meaningful progress made on my debts. On July 29, I sent written notice of termination requesting cancellation and a refund of my Dedicated Account balance, per my agreement. I got no response. On August 10, I called and repeatedly asked to cancel over 40 minutes; a manager, Alexander, tried to talk me out of it instead, then later falsely claimed the cancellation was already completed that day.
On August 13, I called again. A rep named Leon said the cancellation had "just been finalized." His manager, Alexander, then claimed it was actually done on August 10, contradicting Leo ,and said the refund would take 5-10 business days. Written confirmation only arrived minutes after that August 13 call, over two weeks after my original request, causing me to miss the refund deadline I needed by Friday, August 14.
