Good selection of vapes, great customer service and speedy delivery. Only once did I order something and it had just went out of stock but they rectified it and offered me a more expensive vape for the same price to make up for it, and also threw in some sweets! Very good service, highly recommend :)

I placed an order from primevapes.ie on…
I placed an order from primevapes.ie on 28/02/24 after confirming the deliver time over WhatsApp with the shop assistant. She told me the order will be delivered with next day delivery. After I placed the order I was blocked on WhatsApp and when I sent emails asking about my order I was told they will look into the status of the order for 2 weeks until they finally they said the order was delivered. This company is a scam, I was charged for an unfulfilled order and I will be reaching out to the bank to chargeback the payment. Is it even legal to sell nicotine products online in Ireland without even asking for ID?
Edit: You responded that you can’t find any complain about that so here is my order number: ORDER #PV1002. For 3 weeks I wrote back and forth with your customer service and when they eventually got sick of responding to me, they sent me a tracking number of a delivered product which was obviously delivered to somebody else. Your company took my money and didn’t fulfil my order then refused any replacement or refund. Which is why I would not trust or recommend primevapes.ie.
