Bankrupt Company

The company went bankrupt and i was getting a top up which ceased for no reason.
It appears they had written to an old address from 20 years ago and now i am living abroad.
Mailed them and they called me back and spoke many times for a long time.
Absolutely patient and supportive and resolved.
The only thing I would suggest would be contacting the N.I. to get an address.

Good

OK, I dealt with them after my dad's death and to sort the half due to my mum.
I wrote a review about them.
Stood alone I wouldn't say amazeballs but they didn't want originals of documents and accepted photos. This made things easier. A lot easier, no posting or cost of documents that cost money.

It is stressful sorting it all out but hey were people I spoke to who had the authority to make reasonable decisions and were good at their jobs.

It could have been a little more slick to sort this as it must happen all of the time but good.

very unpleasant cowboys

very unpleasant company( I dont know if it is a gov service or a private company) but wow, trying to deal with my mothers pension as she has dementia, wow no empathy at all with these cowboys. I honestly thought they were the good guys, certainly not.

Recevied a letter that says my father…

Recevied a letter that says my father died and to sort out his pension but he died 20 years ago. The PPF is ment to be if your employer goes bankrupkt where your pension is protected but my dad worked for NHS.

This looks like a scam to me

This looks like a scam to me. It was sent through the post asking to log into a website with DOB and National Insurance number. Seems wrong to me as they already have my name and address
I'd steer clear of it
