I had a great experience working with the team at Poland Passport. The initial consultation was informative to better understand expectations, timelines and costs involved. Throughout the process they kept me informed on the status of my application, and after I received my citizenship they guided me through nuanced details of engaging with my local consulate as each consulate (in the US) operates slightly differently. All in all, I'm glad I worked with this team and recommend them to others also seeking their Polish citizenship!

I can't recommend Neil and the crew at Poland Passport highly enough. From start to finish it was a brilliant experience. I was missing a heap of documents and had no way of getting them myself, but they tracked every one of them down. I'm Australian and was living in Colombia through the whole process. Around the 10 month mark my Polish birth certificate came through, so I walked it into the Polish embassy in Bogota, handed it over, and they simply told me to come back in 4 weeks for my passport. That EU passport is what let me live in Spain in 2025, which has genuinely changed things for me, and none of it happens without Neil and his team. What won me over early was that first call. Neil laid out the whole process honestly, never once tried to sell me, and was upfront that nothing is guaranteed. That kind of straight talk is exactly why you feel safe having them handle it. Once we got going, Adele looked after me at every stage and never left me guessing.

My mother and I had a wonderful experience with Poland Passport's team - we had a free consultation to determine eligibility and once we signed on the communications were friendly, thorough and timely. Neil/Adele/Noel were great to work with, as well as the legal team in Poland. They directed us on what we needed to organize ourselves and kept us in the loop with what was happening more "out of sight." They were realistic with timelines and expectations, and frankly fun to meet with as we all delved deeper into my family's Polish ancestry.

The team also went above and beyond - when we were having issues fully establishing our right to citizenship, the team rallied for a last-ditch effort into scouring the archives and universe for a proper document, which they were able to locate and successfully conclude our case. I don't believe many other firms would have put in the same amount of effort into ensuring a successful outcome.

Once our citizenship was confirmed, the team remained consistent with their guidance, including detailed instructions on what happens after the citizenship confirmation is decided, ie. visiting a local consulate, etc.

I would fully recommend using Poland Passport for your citizenship confirmation journey - it's a long process by default, as the Polish government is inundated with applications, so it really pays off to use a provider who remains attentive and communicative throughout it all.
