Scam company for sure!! I have sent 4 support tickets with no response and then they close the ticket out. I tried calling there phone number numerous times with no answer. Its been months since i paid for my pool cover reel and never recieved it. They basically stole my $250. Please do not order from these guys. Total scam!!

Unbelievable! They took our deposit, we had to “ship” our cover 20 minutes down the road from us. Very long terrible story short, I was promised our cover ($2200) in two weeks, after three weeks and trying to reach them to get an answer I finally talked to Scott who sounds like a very bratty kid who has no customer service manners and he said Nov. 14th might have it. That would be 3 months! I could not wait that long. I asked him if I could cancel my order for this year and just get my old cover back to use for one more year. He cancelled my order and then told me in order for me to get my cover back he was charging me $250 to ship it back from 20mins down the road. Refused to let us just drive there to get it. I ended up going with our local company Jim’s Pool Supply in Lockport. Not only was he a little cheaper, he had the cover to us in two and a half weeks and he installed it for free, in the snow! Trust me Run from Pool Deals. I don’t even know if they are a legit business, something is not right about them.

Do not use blue Haven Pool from Metairie!!!! Robert will come out and take your deposit and not give you what you want and then leave and you’ll never hear from him again with your deposit.. he took $7500 from us and never showed back up left a mess in the road he is a scam and he thinks he’s slick... his worker says he does this with every pool he’s ever done... when you call him he will cuss you out and yell and scream at you ..
his worker said he’s been getting by with this for 25 years... So save your money and do not use Bluehaven pools

Please read all the reviews from other customers, they are not lying!!!! I know first hand. I ordered a pool cover in October and now it’s December and no pool cover. There’s no direct contact only emails and the company do not answer immediately. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT LIES

I purchased the thickest premium gold and blue solar pool cover they offered on 04/02/2020 and installed the cover in May after waiting almost a month to receive it and it lasted 5 months before the top blue layer started cracking and flaking down to expose the gold layer. All other pool covers I have purchased in the past from other vendors would last an average of two to three years and I leave the cover on year round. This cover that I paid twice the amount than any other cover I have purchased in the past lasted approximately one summer although it did not make it through the whole summer without starting to flake.
The only thick part of the blanket is were they splice the sections together. It took 7 sections to make a 35 foot long blanket.
Buyers remorse, buyer beware.

Garbage company that does not deliver what is ordered! I ordered a pool cover on Sept 24 and today it is December3...still no cover! Try contacting them, good luck, as you will not get a reply!! Just look at all these reviews?!

Don't order from this company. It is a scam. They will take your money, promise delivery by 10 to 20 business days. After 40 days still no shipping. By that time it is very difficult to get a refund. The number in their website just directs you back to their website for a back and forth with no results. At the end, if you are lucky, you get your money back minus a 10% restocking fee.

Please absolutely do not order from this company! Worst customer service ever! I was sent wrong item after a month of waiting! Now it’s been another 3 weeks waiting for them to pick up the return before they’ll send the correct one! I had to give them one star just to write a review. WRONG, THEY DESERVE NO STARS! SCAM COMPANY! Can’t even talk to a real person! One rep gives you info, another then responds giving you different info but still no cover. Original purchase date was October 2, 2020!

Do not order from this company they are scammers ordered a winter cover 9/18 waited more then 20 days still no cover asked for a refund 13 days ago well no cover and no refund yet Do not buy from these people

Absolute joke of a company, do yourself a favor and simply Google ‘Pool Deals Reviews’ before you buy anything from them. Rude, liars, and crooks.

This company is the worst. Think they are actually a scam company. . Ordered a winter pool cover. Order confirmation said ships in 5 to 10 business days. That didn't happen and when I got touch through their email app they said that it is more like 4 to 6 weeks before it would ship. Was not happy but left the order up and put my old cover on anticipating changing the cover out when the new one came. After numerous contacts finally got a message back saying the cover was due to ship October 15th I had ordered it on September 2nd. Needless to say October 15th came and went he went I've tried to contact them through their email application it always comes up saying this is no longer available. They did however except my credit card and processed it amediately so I had already paid for the product which was $865. I contacted my bank today and reported a fraudulent activity the bank has taken care of it. save yourself a lot of hassle and never ordered from these people again. Horrible company if in fact they are a legit company.

I bouught a Ray-Maxx Clear Solar Pool Cover from Pool Deals less than a year ago. It is falling apart. When I asked Pool Deals for help, they said that I would have to contact the manufacturer. When I asked for that information, they refused to provide it.

Ordered pool cover sept 25th. Emailed company last week and still can’t tell me anything other than 10-20 days and due to covid shipment is delayed . If you have it in stock what’s the hold up ? I own a business myself and if I treated my customers like this I wouldn’t have a business . I will never order from this company again. If I don’t receive it by next week I’ll be contacting the BBB .

I ordered my pool cover. Waited 20 business days. Still not shipped.It’s mid october and past time to cover my pool. I guess you got to order in a year of advance. They make a lot of excuses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Update: I email the company multiple times. They just keep giving me the run around. On business day 30. Still not shipped.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered my pool cover. It's been 3 weeks and still no cover its mid october and past time to cover my pool. I have requested a full refund and making a claim to the arkansas attorney general's office and the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This company is the worst! They won't give me an estimated shipping time but yet they were very quick to take my money without shipping a product. They are so rude and just reiterate that it could take 10-20 days to ship - nothing on their website about charging you before it ships! I think they are scammers!!

Don't buy from this company I ordered a tarp and it was weeks before I got it and it wasn't a thick 9x9 screm ...!!!

This company makes their money on cancellation fees and restocking fees. Do not order anything

I would give them a ZERO if I could! I ordered a pool cover that came with chemicals to close the pool. Well after waiting forever for the pool cover I get it with no chemicals! I chatted with them and they told me sorry but they sold out of the chemicals so I won’t be getting them! I told them that was the whole reason I ordered this from them and would like a discount of some sort. The customer service people were so rude and told me the chemicals are technically free so I’m not getting anything. I filed a complaint with the BBB because they never notified me these products were out of stock and they are still advertising them on their site. This company is a SCAM!!
