I was very pleased with the overall installation of my in-ground pool. I would like to especially thank all the staff at Pooltown. They were super communicative and always available. It was an all around great experience and I will use them again for a future project.

Our pool excavation from start to finish was exceptional. Billy was an excellent sales person. Leesa in customer care was very kind, knowledgeable, & patient with any questions I had. Also, excel pool service is the pool repair, liners, opening closing team that Pooltown uses. Jenee is a senior member of that team & she was also very helpful & courteous. I am thankful for the experience I had, and would recommend Pooltown to anyone looking to have an inground pool in there home.

We highly recommend Pool Town if you're considering a new pool, like we were! We knew nothing about pools and looked at a few other options, but after speaking with and meeting Mike in person, it was clear that we were using them to install our inground pool. Mike thoroughly explained the process and we appreciated the time he took with us for such a big investment. From the competitive pricing to the sense of assurance Mike provided us, it was an easy decision. Since we started the project in Fall, Pool Town has been very communicative and involved in every phase of the project, from planning and excavation, to permits and final touches. Our project was completed on time and we're ready for the beginning of pool season, just as promised! Brian is the man and has been the best hands on rep, helping explain all the pool basics and answered all new pool owner questions, no matter how dumb lol...bottom line...you need a pool? Go to Pool Town!

We enjoyed working with Pool Town. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable along the way. Our permits took a while due to land issues, once approved, our pool was built within a month. The pool looks beautiful - we built a rectangle vinyl pool. We love our water spouts too! I recommend Pool Town.

Two years ago, we had Pooltown install our inground pool, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Recently, I was reminded of the outstanding customer service they provide when I needed a replacement part for the pool. I reached out to Leessa (Customer Care Manager) who has been our primary point of contact, and she immediately contacted their retail store to check availability. Within minutes, James, the retail manager, called me directly and arranged for me to pick up the part. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled my request.

We also use Pooltown for our pool openings and closings each season, and that process is always seamless and professional.

We looked at a handful of places for a pool. only PoolTown promised to deliver what we wanted at the perfect price, with stellar communication and an ideal timeline.

Last year I had a pool installed. It was completed late in the season--November. I was finally able to open it a couple of weeks ago. I also had a deck installed. Between the pool and deck, my backyard is absolutely gorgeous.

We are very happy with our experience with Pooltown. We were contemplating on getting a pool for many years and when we met the pool town rep so many of our questions were answered quickly. The office staff was easy to contact via phone or the Buildertrend app after a year and a half of the installation, we had an issue with our heater, which we did not understand and Pooltown helped us immediately. I would recommend them for your pool installation if you are looking.!!!

Thinking about having a pool installed? I would strongly caution against using Pool Town.
The sales team was wonderful — in the beginning. So good, in fact, that we followed every recommendation they made and installed everything suggested. We even trusted them to handle the opening and closing of our pool.
Now onto customer service, which has been an entirely different experience.
While they are selling and upselling you, you would think there would be some explanation about the proper use and maintenance of the systems they install. You'd be wrong. That was issue number one.
Now, heading into only our second season, we are dealing with creases in the liner and cracking in the stamped concrete in multiple sections. That is issue number two.
I have spoken with customer service more than 20 times, and we still have no acceptable resolution. To make matters worse, the general manager will not even return our calls.
Being ignored over issues they should absolutely stand behind is the foundation of bad customer service — especially when the design and systems were entirely their doing. Their refusal to take accountability says a lot about the quality of their work. That is the biggest red flag of all, and issue number three.
For the amount of money invested, this level of service and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. I would seriously think twice before choosing this company. Unfortunately, it now appears we will have to pursue legal action.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! This pool company exceeded every expectation we had. The office staff is outstanding—organized, responsive, and always keeping us in the loop on every detail, including any changes or costs.

What really sets them apart is their reliability and honesty. They showed up when they said they would and were very realistic about timelines—no surprises, just great communication the entire way through.

The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their customers. They made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, especially when it came to permits and all the behind-the-scenes details. Even after completion, they’ve continued to be there for us, answering questions and offering support.

If you’re thinking about building a pool, stop looking—this is the company you want. Highly, highly recommend!

Pool town got the job done! The process is a major construction project so of course there were bumps along the way but pool town always made sure that the issues got handled and fixed. At the end there were some issues with my township and pool town helped me out and made sure they got the township what they wanted. Now we have our dream backyard oasis. We couldn’t be more happy with our pool!
