Pre-ordered Riposo
I pre-ordered the Riposo bag. An email was immediately sent explaining pre-ordered items will take at least 2 1/2 weeks to make before being shipped. And because of the wait, Poelle included a beautiful gift as a thank you for my patience. Updates on the status of my order goes a long way with me.

WORTH THE WAIT
I originally posted a negative review after my product had not arrived after eight weeks due to an issue at customs. One of the owners, Mr. Petro became aware of the situation he contacted me directly and the service I received was exceptional. In all my years of retail transactions, I have never been treated so kindly and generously. The purse was shipped and received within a week, and the tote is absolutely beautiful. I am updating my review to reflect this wonderful experience, and I will definitely be purchasing another bag from Poelle in the future.

Beautful Bag
The product is beautiful and very well-made. Customer service is very responsive. If ordering from the US, you must realize and understand that the product is coming from Ukraine and, as a result, it will take a bit for it to be delivered.
