It's a great service, but Asda Basingstoke know nothing about pod collection, and Morrisons Basingstoke never have any Green bags, only the White ones

Your sight does not work! I cannot order recycling bags and also it’s telling me that I cannot have any because I do not have a local recycling place to take them to even though I’ve been taking them to Waitrose up the road since the last batch of bags you sent me!! Could I please have some help or better still, some bags!! This is truly so very frustrating!!!!!

I would prefer to be able to return the pods by post or by another delivery method. I am physically disabled so have to ask a friend to take them to Asda for me.

Easy to order the bags and great that we can recycle the pods as we go through on average 3 a day so they gather up quickly.
Keep up the great work, more people need to know about the service.

Great way of recycling coffee pods. Pop into bags provided by podback. Drop off in local participanting Costa which happens to be in my Tesco so very convenient when shopping and when you run out of bags podcast will send more on request. Just great to keep these pods out of landfill.

Recycling our coffee pods is another step in the right direction, we hope! Easy to do, I just asked podback.org for their return bags, which duly arrived. We fill them to the line then seal & drop them off in Asda, Frome. I believe you can drop them off at many locations in uk. Easy peasy!

We've used a coffee machine for some years, and always felt bad about the pods going into general waste. As soon as we heard about the Podback scheme we signed up! It's brilliant! Very easy to order the bags, and we just drop the full ones off at our supermarket when we go shopping. Really simple. 100% recommend.

Superb service. Easy to order, it's free and quick delivery. Asda take the filled podbags too. Absolutely wonderful.

Podback is obviously a good thing but sadly we've had to suspend involvement. We live in an urban area which has a number of drop-off sites within 5-10 miles. However, all are located in directions and areas we would never go otherwise. The best is Morrisons but we never shop there. So it became something of a millstone, as well as environmentally dubious, having to make special trips in the car just for this.

It's nice to think these pods are recyclable. I held held off buying a coffee machine as as I didn't feel comfortable with all the waste. I then discovered podback, and it's free Now we take our filled bags to the local Morrisons. Easy.

Great I hate waste. Pods easy to recycle but the pod hub needs to be emptied more frequently. It was almost full in Morrisons when I went to drop off

Really good to get the bags from but not enough places do the returns. I have to go way out of my way to actually give them back but it usually is only once a month so could be worse.

A great service and easy to part take in the recycle scheme. Request recycle bags online, fill bag with used pods and take to Asda to send to recycler. Best part all free and a great sense of satisfaction of helping environment.
