This is a con. I added this to facilitate my journey to the station. Only to find out after purchase, that I had to travel to the station to pick the tickets up 🤣 when I called and asked for a refund, I was told I'd be charged for the refund!!!

1 star for the bus I travelled today - small Mercedes bus with absolutelly no leg space - ryanair compared to this is extremely generous ...
5 stars for larger bus - absolutelly great...
There should be a warning for people if a small bus is on the route...
