Just like many other people I used the trial and generated one image only to find later that I had been charged for an account. The agent told me he could not find an account in my name - of course... See more

It was great. It did exactly what I wanted to do. I loved how it looked. Everyone enjoyed it.
It was quick and very helpful, solved my refund problem right away.
Fast and friendy response and adaquate action to my request
I used Pixella once and paid €1.29, believing I was paying for a one-time trial/use of the service.
I did not knowingly sign up for a recurring €39.99 subscription, and I did not use the service again after the initial use.
I later discovered that I had been charged €39.99 six times, for a total of €239.94.
I contacted Pixella and requested a refund. They confirmed the charges and canceled my subscription, but refused to refund the €239.94.
They told me that a confirmation email containing the subscription details had been sent to me. I never received such an email. When I asked them to provide a copy of that email as evidence, they told me that they do not retain copies of the original confirmation emails and therefore cannot provide it.
They also sent me an “example” of their checkout page, rather than evidence of what was actually shown to me when I made my €1.29 purchase.
I have now submitted the matter to my credit card issuer for review.
I am posting this review because I think potential customers should be aware of this experience and carefully check whether a recurring subscription is being activated when making what appears to be a small introductory purchase.
I would still be happy to update this review if Pixella resolves the matter and refunds the €239.94.
